Just plan nice
The facilities were well kept. The room was quiet. The staff and people of Charleston seem to be as nice as any where I have travelled to. I am very impressed with Charleston.
Excellent service. The concierge was very helpful at arranging for cabs and dry cleaning during my stay.
Prompt service.
Bri and Turner very nice
For an award-winning stay at a historic hotel, The Dunhill Hotel is an ideal for choice for guests looking for that. Accommodations are sophisticated and upscale. The décor is modern, yet heritage-inspired by the city’s rich history. Guests will Experience Southern hospitality at its finest in this hotel.
Guests will walk into their rooms and be transported back to the Roaring Twenties. Luxury was not to be omitted back in those days, which is also the case in the 60 rooms of The Dunhill Hotel. Guests will find amenities and furnishings that include armoires, writing desks, and triple-sheeted beds. The bathrooms are finished in marble, and there added touches, such as turndown service, robes, and signature chocolate left for each guest. Guests will also enjoy modern amenities too, like flat-screen TVs, iPod docking stations, Keurig coffee makers, and free WiFi.
Travelers can choose to have an Uptown dining experience at The Asbury, the on-site restaurant. The restaurant is named after the original architect and designer of the hotel, Louis Asbury, Sr. The menu features Southern favorites with inventive, modern twists.
Those who want to see what Charlotte has to offer won’t have to go far for some attractions. Spectrum Center is just six minutes walking from The Dunhill Hotel property. There’s also Discovery Place that’s pretty much right outside the doors. Bank of America Stadium isn’t far either, and EpiCentre can be found in five minutes walking.
