Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room.
There was a large dead spider smashed on the ceiling above the bed. We also killed a large cockroach crawling across the floor when we arrived in our room. We know bugs are anywhere, but the two in the room made it "feel" dirty.
The location was excellent. We had a last minute reservation. Turned out to be a great choice
The Heat and Air unit was way too loud with no "half way" for the fan. It was too loud.
Bathroom sink facet and counter. No room for your stuff. Faucet placement is bad.
It was nice place
Shouldn't have to pay to park after we just spent money to stay there
Close to job
Room key machine broken, they had to park my 7.5’ clearance van in front of hotel because parking deck didn’t allow anything larger than 6’8 and it was a hassle anytime I needed to access. Having to find the right person to sign a piece of paper and copy your license and then go find your keys. It was a lot. Then they parked it in some random corner behind their shuttle van and I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to move that shuttle so I could go to work. I was very late!!!! There was not easily accessed coffee in the morning. Lots of self serve food but no self serve coffee when I’m in a rush?
