I waited for over 2 hours for my vehicle at the airport and then waited another 30 minutes in the garage only to find out literally the only vehicle they had was a minivan and not the truck I needed. 3 other people went after me and picked up other vehicles but for some reason they singled me out and literally just ignored me while I waited patiently. The staff were not clear in what the problem was nor was there any sort of management or sense of urgency. I want a refund for wasting my time, giving me a terrible large oversized vehicle for me just one person, for my one vacation I take a year, and doing nothing to treat me as a customer or person. They could have easily given me a small car or suv but said no when asked.. minivan only. They also messed up on the booking and added a day before I even picked it up.Reviewed 19 Sep 2022

It took almost an hour to get our car (and we had a six month old baby in 80+ degree heat) after we spent 30 minutes at the desk on the paperwork. Sounds like the location of the cars was far away from the airport even though we had a reservation for a van and the correct pick up time.Reviewed 21 Aug 2022

Our flight landed about 40 min early. We got to the budget desk and were told to wait 40 min for our car. The guy behind me had a reservation for an hour and half later and they gave him a car early. I’m not sure why I had to wait 40 min. Was a car really not already there for my reservation. So I waited 40 min and then it took another hour to get my car. So I didn’t get my car until a full hour after my reservation and I waited 40 min on top of that for nothing. Terrible customer service. I’ve never had that happen before. Flights can be early and they can be delayed, the budget is at an airport, you guys have to be a little flexible with 30 min increments. It was just poor customer service. Also, why wasn’t I just handed the keys and driving off? I don’t think it was efficient to wait in line inside to do paperwork and then wait outside for someone to drive the car around. There were parking spots for budget, the cars should already just be there.Reviewed 6 Apr 2022
