Customer service was excellent…. Helped that there was no line. Went to the Budget desk and sign indicated to go to Avis desk which was a bit confusing. Verbal directions to find car were good but once outside, signage could have been better.Reviewed 17 Jun 2023

Agent was more interested in his phone than helping me. Vehicle was not on the lot .... could not be found. Went back into talk to agent, and he just handed me another set of keys. I asked for new paperwork, and he reluctantly gave it to me. Second vehicle was not in area I was told, was blue and not gray (which would have helped in locating it). Asked a few questions like, if I return the car early, will I get a refund on days unused, etc and agent could not/would not answer. Was not impressed. Not. One. Bit.Reviewed 10 Sep 2022

It was noticeable that cleaning the car had been attempted. However, the windshield wasn't clean at all, very dirty instrument cluster and driver for entry area.Reviewed 20 Jul 2022

Check in and drop off was easy.. Unfortunately the car smelled severely like cigarette smoke. For a non smoker that was a huge issue. Set off my allergies instantly. Purchased multiple air fresheners over the 3 days I had the vehicle. Unfortunately it didn’t help very much. 😡😡Reviewed 5 Jul 2022
