I ended up having to pay for LT parking and I live here. It wasn't clear that pickup/ dropoff was one and the same as the sign stated Rental Dropoffs. Somehow the price was $10 higher than the stated price. Because I had to park in LT parking I got lost trying to walk all the way over to the Rental car area. It would've been probably a 3 mile walk. I had to talk to the LT parking pay attendants about how to get to it and one of them happened to be leaving and gave me a ride. I will never rent from Avis at the airport again or any AVIS as they raised the price on me after I had a reservation.Reviewed 30 Mar 2023

The staff are so helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive until 1:30 a.m. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to pick up our car but the staff stayed and were waiting for us when the flight arrived. I so appreciated them staying so late.Reviewed 7 Sep 2021
