Tired vehiclePros:Returning vehicleCons:1) Car had 46K miles and bad wheel bearing or out of balance tire (thud, thud, thud sound). 2) Took forever to get through counter person and then car wasn’t even available in garage so had to wait some more 3) As I drove car away I started noticing sound and decided to “live with it” versus going back through slow process.Reviewed 1 Aug 2018

There was a problem(and it was fixed)Pros:Very good service and fixed the problem right away after I askedCons:The car smelled like smoke and it looked it was not cleaned at all. I returned back to the airport and they quickly gave me another vehicle. New vehicle was clean but I had to pump air into tires since a few of them had very low pressure. Overall, I was happy with the service but I believe these should be taken are of beforehand.Reviewed 1 Dec 2016
