Windshield was very streaky and not clean inside. Car had damage when I picked it up, nobody was there to report it to. The one way fees are expensive and I didn't see any indication about fees until you are signing up for the rental.8.0 Very Good

Smooth process. Pickup was simple, the car (a RAV4) was brand new and clean, the drop off was seamless. I can't understand why anybody would go to one of those other pricey car rentals when this one was as perfect as it gets!Cons:
Honestly....nothing could have been improved. I bet I didn't spend more than 5 minutes TOTAL at the rental car counter and that includes pickup and drop off! Price was great, car was great, customer service was great. Seriously...nothing could have been improved.10.0 Wonderful

I booked a one-way rental, yet when I arrived at the airport the clerk told me they didn't do one-way rentals from this location. I showed her my reservation and she said too bad, it is not possible. The car smelled like smoke and it looked it was not cleaned at all. I returned back to the airport and they quickly gave me another vehicle. New vehicle was clean but I had to pump air into tires since a few of them had very low pressure. Overall, I was happy with the service but I believe these should be taken are of beforehand.2.0 Poor
