Pros: This was my 3rd time staying at the AC Wyndham, & once again I absolutely enjoyed myself. From check in until check out, we were extremely comfortable & relaxed in our suite. The room was clean & spotless as usual. The morning view from the balcony was the highlight of it all. Me & wifey were lucky enough to have the jacuzzi to ourselves for an hour straight! In a nutshell, the stay was amazing! I only wish it would’ve been longer & a bit warmer. See you guys next spring!

Cons: We came in 2019 ram rebel which was lifted. We advised the valet that it would not fit into the 6'4 clearance of their garage. They continued to argue this. We requested they park it in their open lot across the street, which they refused.

Cons: The lack of cleanliness. The toilet in the bathroom had dried urine on the seat and the tiles in the shower had a reddish brown mark. It looked like dry blood on the tile. The room was very old, we stayed in the Chelsea Tower. I wont book this hotel again

Cons: Breakfast at the country kitchen was horrible! Over cooked bacon and the eggs were cold and overcooked. Definetly over priced for poor food they serve you. For 2 cups of coffee to go were way overpriced cost 6.45 the first time and the second time it was 6.14 I did ask the associate why they were 2 different prices and he gave no insight on the difference and they were dead the 2 days we were there, so whats that tell you.

Cons: Staff members were not very welcoming. They weren't mean or rude, but didn't seem like they enjoyed their jobs or the guests. Older hotel so not many elevators, but what made it worse was when the service personnel put the elevators on hotels on hold during the busy mid morning. The hotel needs renovated badly. The hallways had stains on the carpet and the walls looked dirty. The rooms had damage to ALL the furniture which is weird because they make you put down $125 security deposit if damage is done. Sooooo if people are beng charged $125 when they cause damage then FIX the damage! Not staying there again. I'll pay a little extra to stay at the Tropicana.

Cons: The poor customer service from the front desk. The lady we spoke to was very rude and unprofessional when we called about the dirty rusty, broken coffee maker from the room. We called back 45 minutes later to get an ETA or to pick it up from the front desk. We were rudely told " there's no ETA and no you can't pick it up, you just need to wait". We ended up waiting for 3 hours to get another less dirty coffee maker. They are very unprofessional at that place I wouldn't tell anyone that I know to go there. And the rooms look clean but they are not. I am glad I had my lysol spray.

Cons: After the first night they only left us 2 towels. (We had 6 face clothes, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels.(I have long hair and need 2 towels) We called down to the front desk at 9pm when we got back to the room and we were told no. We could not get any more until 9:30am when housekeeping comes in at that point we could go to the desk and ask at that point.. :( We even offered to come down and get the towels. Nope... none available.

Pros: I was nervous about using the hotel. It seemed old and neglected. But once I came into the room, I was reassured. The room was clean and the linen felt fresh, it was nice and warm.
Cons: There are no amenities. The staff is rude. The breakfast was disgusting.

Pros: Very clean rooms even though outside could use an update. We stayed on a Saturday night and got a great price. All the other hotels and casinos were more than double the price I paid. We were able to walk to the Trop where we spent the evening gambling.

Pros: Bed was comfortable, bathroom fairly clean . It had all the amenities one would need for a overnight stay. They have surveillance cams ,which made me feel a little safer in a shady area. The staff were so helpful and friendly!!!!!!
Cons: The rooms are old , felt very dirty and dark. Words can’t describe how the FILTHY the rug was. ( I may never recover ) I took the bedspread off and made it into an area rug to avoid my feet from ever touching the floor !! Shower had awful pressure and poorly fitted shower curtain caused a flood in the bathroom. ( no tub , stand shower with curved rod like having no curtain at all water everywhere) I would not stay here again.

Pros: we enjoyed that there were no frills. it's an $8 cab to the strip, and a good choice if you just need a place to keep your stuff while you lose your money at the casinos.
Cons: we were scared we might catch aids if we walked barefoot on the carpet... can't say we were thrilled at $10 a day per car, nor the fact that their doors weren't much more than cardboard that showed signs of previous forced entries. it is, however, atlantic city, so our expectations weren't going to amount to much regardless.
