Pros: The staff was super friendly throughout my entire stay. I stayed in the two bedroom deluxe and it was perfect for my family of 5 . Full kitchen so i was able to Cooke breakfast. It’s not right on the boardwalk but it is only like a 5 minute walk.

Pros: Good appartement and it was clean. There is everything you need. The balcony was very nice.
Cons: It’s a timeshare place, so they want you to go to a presentation and then they give you afterwards some restaurant vouchers. They told us, it’s just one hour and a half maximum...it is not. The woman who showed us the presentation was a typical aggressive sales manager. She tells you that a timeshare is the best investment ever... If you just want to spend a couple of days and relax, just say no from the beginning. The time you lose is not worth the restaurant vouchers...

Cons: We came in 2019 ram rebel which was lifted. We advised the valet that it would not fit into the 6'4 clearance of their garage. They continued to argue this. We requested they park it in their open lot across the street, which they refused.

Cons: Elevators horribly slow. Staff selling vacations for a restaurant voucher were annoying. Wristbands for the hotel when you have a reservation and room key was inconvenient. Shower tub backed up, would not drain.

Pros: Complete place, excellent rooms and got a free room upgrade to a higher level witch was an awesome Christmas gift. Staff happy and positive, all clean and well decorated. Local hotel food was delicious and inexpensive and room service was a little price (as usual) but exceeded my expectations. Also, more than just gay friendly they were pro gay witch for me is the cherry on top of this delicious two days cake.

Pros: I understand safety. The entrance said that you needed a key card to enter through one door. I proceeded to try others doors but could not enter while staff is at the counter and clearly see me!! I waited until someone exited and then entered to checkin.

Cons: Lack of security. Parking lot was open and free during coronavirus. Anyone and everyone walked onto lot and parked there. Said was a mom smoking location yet several floors reaked of marijuana. Neighborhood is not desirable.

Cons: I was charged $9.95 for the internet, I never used the internet . W I called the front desk to let them know, the front desk manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, he actually hung up the phone on me, unbelievable.
