Pros: Very Clean and renovated so everything was new.
Cons: Even though we booked on Kayak and paid for the room, we were expected to attend a timeshare presentation. When we didn't show up due to our agenda, they would not stop calling the room every hour for the next 2 days. We took the phone off the hook to enjoy some peace a quiet. There are only 3 elevators for over 30 floors. Expect to spend some time either waiting for the elevators (thank you for seating by the elevators) or inside the elevators (housekeeping will be using the same elevators as well). Next time I would prefer to stay at one of the major casinos in the future.

Pros: The Borgata is obviously one of the more upscale properties in AC, and it is a nice looking property. The amenities were everything you would expect from a resort that charges as much as their average room rate. Our high floor room had a great view and lots of sun. We had a delicious dinner at Bobby Flay's Steakhouse.
Cons: Housekeeping still had the door propped open when we arrived at the room, but the nice cleaning lady told us she was done and scurried away. We requested and received a non-smoking room, but the guests before us had clearly been smoking in the bathroom because it REEKED and there were still some lingering ashes on the floor and in the sink. We called the front desk to ask them to come air out the room (and go on record to make sure WE weren't charged for it) and they said they would send someone right up to clean again. We left and went down to the bar for some drinks, played a little roulette (where we quickly lost all our money) and then had dinner. We returned to the room around 11pm and it still smelled. At that point we were tired and didn't want to switch rooms, so we dealt with it -- though every casino in AC (except for the late Revel) allows smoking, and if that's not your thing it's nice to escape to a fresh room that doesn't smell. We both had trouble sleeping because the stale smoke gave us intense headaches. The following morning upon leaving, we ran into the same housekeeper and thanked her for trying to clean the smoke, but let her know the room still stank so that they could perhaps take it offline until they were able to do a deep cleaning. She told us that because of our complaint, her boss yelled at her the previous day and made her cry. What a bummer. The front desk clerk was totally unsympathetic when we checked out and told her that we didn't even get a good night's sleep because we both had headaches - no comp of any kind, no apology, nothing. Given that we didn't win a penny, caused a member of their staff to be verbally abused and left with a suitcase full of smelly things, we'll probably skip the Borgata next time and try our luck elsewhere. I also expect that because of the isolated location of the property set way back from the Boardwalk, they can get away with slightly worse odds because you have to take a taxi to any other casino.

Pros: The hotel was clean, the people were friendly...
Cons: Everything was way too expensive... $500/night for an average room, $10 for 320mbs of data (wifi), $150 deposit on the room on top of the $500... The drinks had no alcohol in them, there were no free movies in the room and you were not allowed to use or take the shampoo and body wash in the room. They had a sign that literally said, if you take them we will charge you. For all the money I paid for the room I should get a free breakfast or something, strong drinks, free wifi etc. I had a nice time at the concert I went to but I will never stay overnight again.

Live music at Margaritaville on Fri. night was awesome with good food and great drinks. The pool and pool bar Sat. afternoon was fun and friendly. There's so much to do in the area- we went parasailing, spent time on the beach and Boardwalk, and went to the beach bars and a couple of nearby casino clubs (we didn't sleep much!) Resorts was a great base for our weekend with plenty of space in the rooms for all of us and plenty of on site options for food, drinks and music.

We left a note on the bathroom sink and they still did not clean it off. When we went for dinner I stopped at the front desk and asked them if they could have someone take care of it. When we got back they had finally cleaned it. They took off the shower curtain off and did not put a different one up. I called housekeeping and they did not bring up a clean curtain. Pros: Beachfront access, on the boardwalk, good parking, excellent staff.

Pros: Located directly on the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants within a few mins walking. New bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable and were inexpensive. Ocean views from the room. Would definitely recommend. Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect getaway for a few days for adults. I would not advise bringing children. Besides the beach and the pier, there isn't much for children to do.
Cons: The room decor seemed a little dated, but that was the least of my worry. There was a mouse in our room (not that a mouse would hurt anything, we just didn't want it to get into our suitcases and food) and the front desk was more than willing to switch our rooms. Not that I was worried about it, but I figured there may have been a little compensation, but we can't control nature.

Pros: I liked that we can go outside right to the beach and rides . I liked the security guard checking everyone's room keys before you can get to the elevator. The staff is very polite. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too.
Cons: Check in is late. We requested an early check in because our daughter needs to nap after going on the beach and before our 6:oo dinner reservation . Also a sign that there is a food court would be good to put in the lobby. Did not realize it was there.

Cons: Small gaming floor, because there where limited tables open the tables where crowded. How can you play roulette with people on top of you. At 9pm I think that more than four roulette tables should be open, we walked around for an hour or two until there was room. I was going to leave....

Cons: About a half hour after checking out, I realized that I had left 2 items in my closet by accident. I called to let the staff know I was coming back to retrieve them. I was transferred to security, then to house keeping, who both told me there were no items left in my room. I was sure I left them there. I went back to the hotel and demanded to speak to a supervisor who proceeded to tell me nothing was found. He went to double check the housekeeper's cart while she was "on break" and found that her cart was not even where it was supposed to be. He searched the hall and came back about 10 minutes later and handed my a bag. (My missing items that they claimed I did not leave in the room.) When I asked the supervisor where he found them, he said BOTH of my items were shoved under the bottom of her cart. She obviously had not planned on turning them in. The supervisor did not seem distraught at all and didn't even apologize for his staff's behavior. I've stayed at this resort a dozen times, but never again after this.

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and curtious was the only good part of stay. Had to pay for parking should be free for hotel stay due to the cost of room. Booked a King non-smoking but when we checked in to hotel ended up getting a smoking room and two double beds. Both my husband and myself are non-smokers and ended up stinking like smoke when we left. Was highly upset but receptionist advised that due to room availability this was the only thing offered for the evening. When I complained she advised that the booking was subject to the hotel availability in the fine print. When looking at the fine print it did advise this information. But still was not happy with a smoking room when we are non smokers. Bathroom in room was a bit out dated and had stains all over the ceramic walls along with broken pieces. Room itself was nice just wished it didn't smell horrible.

Pros: The room was excellent, very comfortable king size bed, and the bathroom was very clean. The room we asked for was a non smoking room. If you want to get the most out of your visit, I suggest two nights and three days. Arrive earlier than check in time because rooms are on a first come first serve. We arrived very late but already knew the room we wanted. On our way out we saw a 24 hour market near the Havana tower .... Was wondering where was that market When we came in. The experience all depends on your partner and yourself. If traveling with children I suggest a different hotel. Kids may not be able to enjoy this place.
Cons: Checked in at 12 midnight -did not use the pool -did not get the voucher special because promotions at trip advantage was closed, next morning they said the voucher is voided once we came in. -rooms as nice as the one I had, are not "promised" - the cofee in the room we were at was decaf :-( - The vendin machine for drinks place a Hold on your account of 6 dólars on top of the actual price for example display prive was 3 dollars for a bottle of water but the vending machine charger 9 dollars.

Pros: I like the fact I was able to find this place to be available on the same day of my trip as my original plans were cancelled. I also was satisfied with the price of one room for four guests.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that housekeeping left our dirty wash clothes and towels in the room. They also didn't take out the trash.

Pros: Customer service was great. Quite, lots of parking space, not for from conversation center. Chinese restaurant right across the street. Price was just right. I would go back again
Cons: I had to change room the next day because the heater in the first room was not working.in stayed for 3 days.

Pros: Compared to other hotels in the area, this one stood out for its price! Had clean rooms, friendly staff, and within walking distance from the boardwalk.
Cons: The area was a little odd. Saw a drug deal or two happen while eating at the cafe next door. Not horrible though, at night cops were all over the place which made you feel safe.

Pros: I liked the room clean and spacious. Nice and quiet relaxing at night not too many kids at least on my floor. The reception staff was pleasant and perry's diner was great. No bed bugs the sheet and towels was soft and did not smell like industrial detergent. The cleaning staffwere pleasant and professional.
Cons: The mattress was terrible it's a spring mattress not great to sleep on 1 night was enough. Not great at all with people who have back pains. They need to change the mattresses. Not too close to the broadwalk walking to the motel in Atlantic city is not too safe.
"Situated in the entertainment district, this hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Atlantic City Convention Center, Bally's Atlantic City Casino and Boardwalk Hall. Atlantic City Boardwalk and Atlantic City Beach are also within 1 mile (2 km). Atlantic City Rail Terminal is only a 1-minute walk. "

Pros: I have stayed in a lot of different hotels and I have to say that the staff that waited on my husband and I where absolutely PHENOMENAL! From the minute we got to the parking garage to the minute we pack up our car they were nothing but courteous and friendly. Especially the concierge woman Chrissy that I dealt with upon arrival. I think she could tell that we had already had a long day and she just absolutely took care of us with any questions that I had. She always had a smile on her face and she was very easy to talk to to and did not make me feel like I was a burden when staying there. She would be a main reason as to why we would stay at the Sheraton in AC again. Thank you!

Pros: Location! Convenient to shops, parking, roads & highways/expressways, & (most especially for my purposes) right across the street from the NJ Transit train station. (I ride the ACS Bike-a-thon every year that I can. Now that the Bike-a-thon is back to ending in AC, I drive down with family ahead of the event, stay & park at the Sheraton, take the train back to Phil. the night before, then bike back to AC with the ACS. Meanwhile the family has a full-feature shore weekend - without disruption from my participation in the Bike-a-thon. A win-win!)
Cons: Usually nothing: You get what you pay for & usually that's roomier, quieter, cleaner & more comfortable than a lot of hotels & motels in AC. Since the Sheraton does not have direct beach access or a casino, the price is usually less expensive - even for a June weekend. This year however, competition from an ANIME" convention (who knew), appears to have driven the cost up a bit. Still, cost/value ratio wasn't too bad, & the ANIME" attendees were entertaining - sort of like a colorful carnival in the lobby.

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located to the Atlantic City beachfront and it did allow us to bring our dog on vacation. That was the main selling point for our choosing this hotel. However, if one of the other hotels offered pet facilities we would have chosen them.
Cons: The thin walls in the facility lent itself to being a noisy stay when the other guests partied late. The management was unresponsive to noise complaints, despite their posted policy about "quiet hours." Security was not what it could have been either. Vagrants could be found loitering around the front of the hotel without visible security to keep them at bay. The room itself had comfortable, if small beds, yet lacks a in-room refrigerator or microwave. The selection of channels on television was disappointing and was a clearly intended to get us to purchase a premium package.

Pros: All the staffs were very friendly, polite, and courteous, except one who ruined my entire impression of the hotel.
Cons: It was little past 9 am Friday morning, when the pool at the spa level closed down for non-spa guests. I was politely notified that spa was closed so I grabbed my stuff and left the pool area. Then I remembered seeing the men's locker room area by the fitness center entrance, where I saw a small fridge with water bottles. The door was closed so I opened the door and went in to grab a water bottle. Then there was a staff so I asked if I can get some water. He looks up and down at me and told me to go ahead. Then I saw a basket with clementines, above the fridge so I took one clementine. Then the staff says "you asked for water, not for food." as I was leaving the area. I apologize taking one clementine by mistake, maybe that wasn't for the hotel guest. Maybe it was for the spa guest only. Honestly, I still don't know who was that for. However, do I deserve that kind of attitude for just one clementine, while I am at the hotel spending over $1000 between the room fee and playing at the casino?

Pros: Attentive staff, nice facilities, and beautiful design. It certainly sets itself apart from the rest of Atlantic City.
Cons: Room was dirty. Chipped furniture, somebody's dirty socks on the floor, grimy bathroom and the sheets had holes in them and smelled like cigarettes. Was hoping to avoid that in a non-smoking room. Also, got bitten by bedbugs in my one night sleeping in the bed.

Pros: Comfortable hotel, more quiet than the Borgata hotel proper. Bell service, desk service, and room service was very good.
Cons: Water Club could use an update. Reasonably comfortable but it's been a few years since the hotel has been updated.

Pros: Nice room, our only complaint was there was only one light switch controlling all the lights in the bedroom, no nite lite option but we just left the bathroom light on. Beds very comfy and bathroom was nice and big and the toilet was on the opposite side of the room from the shower. Large vanity separated both . We were on a nonsmoking floor but The casino was outdated and smelled like smoke . There were smoking areas and nonsmoking areas. But too close together in my opinion We used the check in kiosk with no problems, they charged $10. For early check-in and $10 for valet parking. Not bad.
Cons: Smoky smelling casino

5.4
Pros: Not like it used to be as lots of places weren't even open so our options of using our food credit that we received were limited. The checkin line was ridiculous they had like 2 people working we just had a simple question as we had used the Express check in kiosk but still had to wait like 45 minutes. TR desk staff while very nice didnt do all steps required to reissue my card which then required multiple trips back. There is a charge to use the pool and gym and they are disgusting this should be included in the ridiculous resort fee. Our room was right off the main lobby area in the Dennis tower which was nice not having to use an elevator but it was very worn down and despite it being no smoking the stench of smoke devoured you the second you opened the door to access the hall of rooms.
Cons: Looking very run down lately and they nickel and dime you for everything who wants to pay $25 per person per day for the gym and pool I dont even pay that a month at my local gym/pool.

Pros: The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom very nice, hairdryer in the bathroom. I loved the hotel to be in the center of the boardwalk, close to all the famous casinos on the beach, to the beach bara and to the ocean itself. It's my second stay in Bally's, and I would return again.
Cons: I didn't like the long wait in line to check in, the previous guests were taking the long time. Our room was in Dennis tower, and it didn't have any natural light, since the window was facing the wall of some back building, and it was covered with protective film. Thank god our stay was for only 1 night otherwise we would feel depressed in that room, it is like a dangeon. Also the walls are very thin, at night I could hear the TV in the room ACROSS from our room, and in the morning I could hear the housekeeping staff talking on the phone (or with each other) NON-STOP in the room next to ours. I normally sleep well and don't have a problem with noises but that was too much even for me.

Pros: The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and adequate.
Cons: They were understaffed at check I and we had to wait almost 30 minutes to be checked in. At check in we were told that he elevators were under construction in our tower and we might experience delays. Delays was an understatement! We waited 20 minutes in a crowd of 15-20 people waiting for an elevator. Later we tried the service elevators to avoid this, and even the service elevators were impossibly crowded with people trying to get up or down. It was a disappointing experience and I wished we had chosen a different hotel. But having booked through Kayak, the reservation was pre-paid and non-refundable, so we were stuck.

Cons: Check in is horrible. 45 mins on line on a Saturday. We complained and were told it's like that every weekend. Almost missed our dinner reservation because of it. Stressful way to start. The whole lobby and casino smells horribly of cigarette smoke. There is terrible separation of non smoking and smoking sections. This really was a bad issue. Rooms not bad but not great. Pros: Lobby and common areas had a cool 1930s vintage vibe. Staff was nice, and the location can't be beat. Connected to ballys casino, and very close to Caesars.
Cons: Renovated and unrenovated rooms were the SAME price, but since I prepaid online through kayak there was no way to select between the two. I ended up in an old beat up room with a tube tv from the 80s that was fuzzy and had 4 channels. It mad me mad that that's what I received when I paid the same amount as someone with a newly renovated room. The hotel also wouldn't let me change rooms because I booked online through a discount site. So basically, if you want an updated room you have to book directly through the hotel and not through expedia/hotels.com

Pros: Not much
Cons: My wife and I showed up and was poorly attended to. The lady at the counter kept complaining to her coworker about work. Told me my room that was booked is not available. Left and went into another room behind the counter without saying anything and her coworker came to call her after she noticed we were still waiting. The lady came back and told us that the room is now available. Went up to the room and noticed it isn’t even our room that we requested to be with ocean view. Engineer/service guy walks into our room 5-10 minutes into our stay in the room and apologized as my wife was in the bathroom with the door open. I asked him why he opened the door and didn’t knock and he said the room wasn’t supposed to be in service because AC wasn’t working, no tv in the room and corner of tv stand was Broken. We went back downstairs and waiting another half hour to be attended to and was given 2 small beds in one room. Worse hotel experience!! I couldn’t even complain in ththe morning because the checkout line was longer than a line for the movie theatre. Horrible experience all around. I want a refund!!!

Pros: Really terrific stay overall. Connected to 3 Casinos, while not being a "casino hotel" was great. Staff was very friendly and professional The decor of the hotel itself is old-school and charming, while the standard rooms feel like a modern hotel. Really reasonable rates. The pool area is very nice with lots of seating and mock-cabanas. When we went it was overrun with kids, but I know there are adults only hours in the evening (which we did not take advantage of - should have!)
Cons: Only minor complaints here - towels in the room are small, and when we requested extra (we were initially provided two towels for a 4 person room) we were told that all the towels in the hotel were in use! But it was only a couple hours before they brought us more. No big deal. The elevators can be terribly slow on occasion. Most of the time its fine, but there were one or two instances where we waited a solid 5-10 mins for one to come. The drain in the tub is slow, so if you take a shower you will be standing in 2 inches of water by the time you're done.

Pros: Through the four days and three nights we stayed we kept running into the same receptionist at the hotel! That gentleman deserves a raise for the excellent service he provides, and I sweat it seems like he is constantly working from late at night till early in the morning. As an A.C. local he was very knowledgeable about eateries late at night, events in the city, and made every effort to accommodate our stay.
Cons: Our first room was in unrenovated area and smelled of lingering cigarette smoke - it was gross and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was some kind of waterbug running around the floor. As soon as we went down to reception the gentleman there immediately addressed our needs and gave us a great room on a different floor that had been completely renovated.

Pros: There's a classic Atlantic City feel to the hotel that cannot be outdone by most other properties in the city. Rooms are more spacious than others and everyone was helpful! Even their self-park employees were so helpful to give us helpful information on the hotel and its neighbouring properties (especially since the food choices helped our starving selves upon arrival.)
Cons: Would have been nice if the counter at the second floor, which looks like a check-in and concierge counter itself, told guests to turn around and check-in at the first floor. It makes the hotel look a percent abandoned, so it makes that little spot look more like a museum half-done.

Pros: Great location mid board walk. Loved the art gallery.
Cons: Coffee machine didn't work. House keeping was often late in the day and pretzels from the last guest never made it into the vacuum. Parking charge is excessive but known up front. The bathroom was functional but not in-line with the room remodel (missing faucet buttons, loose shower head).

Pros: I liked house spacious the room was and how huge the jacuzzi tub was, close to Boardwalk. Front desk and valet very nice.
Cons: The furniture didn't match it made it look a little outdated. It took almost ten minutes for the elevator to get to us to get to main lobby, there must be a glitch because we had to press the up arrow button to get an elevator, there's more to it but it's just annoying. The price I paid must've been for the convenience of being close to the boardwalk (about a block if that away). They need to serve a complimentary breakfast for the price I paid lol

Pros: Close to everything, beach/boardwalk, casinos and Jitney stop. Relatively quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic toiletries. Good breakfast 2 out of 3 days.
Cons: There were little details that needed to be gone over; like the cigarette butt in the elevator and receipt from a previous guest. The phone didn't work, it was very crackly and I wasn't understood when I tried to make a call to a cab company. I told the front desk to put me on a "do not clean" list because ot was too windy for the "Do Not Disturb" hanger to stay on my door, but they never passed the message and I got woken up by housekeeping. The breakfast was good my first 2 days, but ib the last one it was missing the waffkw makers and sasuage and eggs leaving guests with only sugary, starchy food and some fruit for breakfast with no protein.

Pros: - Location is great across the street from Tropicana near the boardwalk - Clean room and decent shower - Non-smoking room
Cons: - The WiFi was not working and after calling and complaining at first they said there was no problem with it and then they said they were working on fixing the issue. After they said it was fixed we couldn't connect to the internet half the time with a dial-up speed, - The room service staff didn't fix our bed and they didn't leave enough towel, and when we called the reception they said we need to go to the front desk to pick up more towels. - When we arrived cars were blocking the inside row of the parking spots and the reception worker had insisted on charging us $30 for the 3 nights in advance, the next day there were available spots and cars had parked in the inside row. Big rip-of .

Pros: Stayed here Memorial Day Weekend so we couldn't beat the price - the only real complaint I have is parking is not free - $10/per day (cheap ---but they could have let this be known before hand) and you have to pay CASH. For someone who rarely keeps any on them this annoyed me - I would have rather it been charged to my room. No other complaints - staff friendly - free breakfast - though i wished it ran a little later on the weekends. Steps from the boadwalk and tropicana. CLEAN! Would certainly come again

Pros: Rooms are updated, nice furniture, comfortable, nice atmosphere. The outside clearly shows exposure to salt water, rusty. A windy night was heard through the door as the wind was sneaking in.

Pros: The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was great, right next to the Tropicana and a Jitney stop. Since it was January we didn't go on the boardwalk but it is a block away so it would be convenient in the summer. I also felt safe because there were multiple cameras in each outdoor hallway. Didn't get up early enough for breakfast so I can't comment on that. No bed bugs or other critters like I've seen in other reviews.
Cons: The guest policy. If you wanted to have a friend in your room for any part of your stay, even just to hang out for a small period of time, you had to pay for them. Parking lot was small. I did not park here (parked at the Tropicana), but it looked like you would get parked in in certain spots.

Pros: TRYP by Wyndham was an excellent choice! The location is fantastic --- just a block from the boardwalk, next to the Tropicana, a few blocks (walking) from Boardwalk Hall, etc! The price was ridiculously reasonable and it included breakfast! Last, the beds were super comfy and rooms were very clean! I would recommend this for couples, singles out for the night, families, etc.

Pros: The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Only stay here if you want bed bugs and really stained bed sheets. There are roaches all over the place. I am a Wyndham premium member who has stated Wyndham properties all of my life. This place really devalues the Wyndham Brad. Wyndham needs to remove this hotel from their properties.

Pros: Hotel had great location. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beach and located directly across from The Topricana. Great value for my money. Hotel slightly smaller than the pics made it seem but stylish and relatively quiet for the area. Friendly staff and decent free breakfast selection. Would book again if just me or one other person but too small to comfortably fit a family.
Cons: Issue with booking my room. I booked about 4 weeks in advance, received multiple confirmation numbers but when I went to check in, their system said I had no booked room. Still was able to stay as they had openings but if they didnt, I would have had to find last minute lodging. Hotel's outward appearance is not a reflection of it's interior. Was never able to connect to hotels free wi-fi.

Cons: The hotel is run down. There is $15 resort fee for the amenities...but I still don’t get what the fee was for. The pool was closed “for the season”, no one told us about the WiFi password until we had to call down. There was no information in the room. Each bed had only two pillows and had to ask front desk for more. Staff seem to all have attitudes and very unprofessional. We booked two rooms so I would assume they would be us in adjoining rooms and we even called and requested it and our rooms were next to each but not adjoining. Doors are very heavy and they naturally slam shut so very loud all day and night. I feel like you could hear toilet a flushing all day and night too. Like the pipes for all the rooms run through the room. Housekeeping was great when we asked for extra trash bag for our trash. Rooms were clean. The rooms did smell like cigarette smoke when we checked in though and rooms are supposed to be non smoking. Hotel just seems very run down and with staff that just don’t seem to care. My group and I definitely will not return. Not worth it. Booked it because it was cheap but you get what you pay for and ended up costing the same as staying as nicer hotel anyways.

Although the food at the breakfast buffett was subpar she apologized for the establishmemts shortcomings and engaged us all in conversation. I almost forgot how disapointing the food was.

Pros: Location and staff

Pros: Location.
Cons: When arriving at the front desk I was not greeted and the only one in line for about 10 minutes. I was charged $50 early check in for being there an hour early and had to get to the golf course. When checking out it was the same thing. No one had a smile and I felt that paying over $200 for a room I would have been treated better. Especially since there is not even a casino. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pros: The room price for this hotel was about half of what casinos were charging for the same night. The room was clean with a marble bath and granite counters on all of the furniture. We had a nice ocean view. Overall it was a good value. Resorts casino is nearby as is the Landshark oceanfront bar. Two additional casinos are planning to reopen on either side. The Hard Rock, at the old Taj and the Ten at the former Revel.
Cons: The former casino was busy during our stay but had less amenities than the casino hotels. The hotel does have a couple of restaurants and one has a bar. It has large unused casino space. The hotel needs to find use for this open space. The former boardwalk front Johnny Rockets restaurant should be reopened. Old casino signage should be removed from the front of the building advertising a long closed buffet.

Cons: When we asked at check in if there was a gym we were told yes. The next morning my roommate went looking for the gym and it was a sad sight to see. The image online is false advertising for the gym it claims the hotel provides. There’s nothing to do here. Nothing was open to eat at. Never staying here again. It’s a ghost town.

Pros: i love the balcony and the closeness to the boardwalk
Cons: our phone in our room did not work, this alone would not cause me issue, what caused me issues was the 6 person brawl that occurred at 4am, and when i tried to contact the front desk to notify them the other patrons were screaming for help and the police to be called but the phone did not dial the front desk or 911, i luckily had the hotels business card in my wallet from my check in, but when i called the front desk, no one was sent to deal with the other people, nor did the police ever arrive, as i asked the front desk to contact them for the woman crying and begging for police, in the end about 10 minutes later the noise stopped but we were unable to return to sleep

Pros: Extremely close to the beach and Boardwalk and free parking. Staff was pleasant and made sure all free breakfast items were stocked and refilled when empty. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable for the small amount of time my husband and I were actually in the room.
Cons: Our phone and coffee pot in the room didn't work. However, we didn't complain, so for all we know they would have made it right while we were there. The breakfast was free, so it seems a little trite to complain about variety, but in the interest of informing others who may stay here just know that it was a choice of raisin bran, frosted flakes, oatmeal, or toasted bread.

Cons: I didn't wind up staying the night. I cancelled the day of around 2pm and was upset the cancellation fee was equal to the 1 night room rate. Pros: The location is awesome and close to the Boardwalk and Beach. The price of the room was great and Room Service were very pleasant.
Cons: Besides the fact that the elevator smells and feels like it'll break down, I did not like the Motel theme with the neon signs making it very eery walking down the dimmed hallways. The balcony did not have a screen door to prevent bugs from coming in and Continental breakfast is not included. Additional fees not only for parking per day but use of pool and jacuzzi were additional per person per day. Initial request for high floor wasn't honored and had to request again. Dirty towels and walls. Drunk naked girl tried to push her way into our room after banging on our door like crazy at 3am. What if we had children in there they would have seen all her naked body. Pros: The bed was super comfortable and we both slept quite well. It is located close to Trop and right o. The shuttle route to all other AC destinations without the coat of the casino.
Cons: Our room had no real windows. Although we were on 2nd floor the only natural light came from an ceiling height window opening about 9-12" high. Couldn't see out of it. Felt underground. Walls, doors, light switches are dirty and need painting/cleaning desperately. Asked to change room willing to pay more and were avail. Pros: Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: The annexes are like the ugly duckling of the family. Shunned away in a corner. The staircase to the annexes kind of gives off a horror movie hostel vibe. The whole exterior really. Cons: The fact that there was no manual lock so you had to rely on the automatic lock which would be fine if your card was the only one that worked on your room. Unfortunately that is not the case at the Chelsea. We had guests enter our room at 4am because their card worked on our door. It is beyond me how this happened, but it really shook us up and did not allow us to sleep well that night. Spend a little more and stay at a hotel which will give you your OWN room.

Cons: Very outdated, overpriced with no real amenities for the value, I've stayed in Atlantic City a lot and honestly staying at the near by Howard Johnson or similar hotels offer you a cleaner more modern room although a tiny bit out of town or off the strip the difference in price will pay for taxi or parking compared to staying at the annex which in my opinion is a dump!

Pros: It was near the water.
Cons: Check in was horrible and took forever. It was overcrowded and not enough people at desk to accommodate everyone. The room was very old and dirty, as well as the bathroom. The Annex side of the hotel is an old hotel that does not fit with the Chelsea. I have stated at the Chelsea several times bit never the Annex. The should be 2 separate hotels. ..

Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was horrible! We got to our room and the smell was so disgusting I had to go outside right away, I thought I was going to be sick. Then we noticed the wall was black, it looked like mold. The ceiling had water damage, was dipping down & cracked. The furniture was broken & there was a receipt from 2 weeks ago! Oh they also told me that I would pay a $15 valet fee for the length of my stay, but it's actually $15 a day or $5 every time you leave the hotel.
Good

Pros: All the amenities. Pool, restaurant, spa, just off beach.
Cons: Rooms were very dated. No vacuum for a stay over. Would not pay over $100 for these rooms again even with all of the amenities from main hotel. No notice that second pool and restaurant were under construction - during the busy summer season? Who planned this?
"Situated near the airport, this motel is within 1 mile (2 km) of Delta Basin, Atlantic City Convention Center and Golden Nugget Atlantic City Casino. Bally's Atlantic City Casino and Hard Rock Casino Atlantic City are also within 2 miles (3 km). Atlantic City Rail Terminal is 23 minutes by foot. "

Pros: we enjoyed that there were no frills. it's an $8 cab to the strip, and a good choice if you just need a place to keep your stuff while you lose your money at the casinos.
Cons: we were scared we might catch aids if we walked barefoot on the carpet... can't say we were thrilled at $10 a day per car, nor the fact that their doors weren't much more than cardboard that showed signs of previous forced entries. it is, however, atlantic city, so our expectations weren't going to amount to much regardless.
