The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was excellent!!!
There were no cups in our room.

Staff and location was great, no casino so wasn't full of smoke and noisy, was nice and quite.
The room was dingy, dusty, just didn't look clean, wallpaper peeling everywhere, broken toilet seat, room needs a total makeover.

The hotel is run down. There is $15 resort fee for the amenities...but I still don’t get what the fee was for. The pool was closed “for the season”, no one told us about the WiFi password until we had to call down. There was no information in the room. Each bed had only two pillows and had to ask front desk for more. Staff seem to all have attitudes and very unprofessional. We booked two rooms so I would assume they would be us in adjoining rooms and we even called and requested it and our rooms were next to each but not adjoining. Doors are very heavy and they naturally slam shut so very loud all day and night. I feel like you could hear toilet a flushing all day and night too. Like the pipes for all the rooms run through the room. Housekeeping was great when we asked for extra trash bag for our trash. Rooms were clean. The rooms did smell like cigarette smoke when we checked in though and rooms are supposed to be non smoking. Hotel just seems very run down and with staff that just don’t seem to care. My group and I definitely will not return. Not worth it. Booked it because it was cheap but you get what you pay for and ended up costing the same as staying as nicer hotel anyways.

Friendly staff. Older but beautiful hotel. A little spooky seeing grand spaces without the people and slot machines.
We thought the casino was there but it was not. Parking should be free for guests. The beach was not open we had to go to the next hotel's section of the beach, not a big deal though.

Convenient location
Restaurants closed early additional charges after checking out that I don’t know what they’re for.
