Cons: I don't like the Parkin garage. N checking area is confusing. Not a lot of food options in the casino but not bad.

Cons: Was screwed out of the King size room in the ocean tower that I chose specifically to be near friends in that tower in a king bed. Was given a queen bed in the Rendevous tower, far from our friends. Our bed was only a queen. For $53 PLUS the $20 in taxes PLUS the $10 resort fee- I feel ripped off. Don't let people book rooms if the hotel doesn't have them available!

Pros: We booked 2 rms. for a wknd. party of 8. Had a great stay! The staff were pleasant and helpful everywhere we went. Live music at Margaritaville on Fri. night was awesome with good food and great drinks.The pool and pool bar Sat. afternoon was fun and friendly. There's so much to do in the area- we went parasailing, spent time on the beach and Boardwalk, and went to the beach bars and a couple of nearby casino clubs (we didn't sleep much!) Resorts was a great base for our weekend with plenty of space in the rooms for all of us and plenty of on site options for food, drinks and music.

Pros: Located directly on the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants within a few mins walking. New bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable and were inexpensive. Ocean views from the room. Would definitely recommend. Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect getaway for a few days for adults. I would not advise bringing children. Besides the beach and the pier, there isn't much for children to do.

Cons: The room decor seemed a little dated, but that was the least of my worry. There was a mouse in our room (not that a mouse would hurt anything, we just didn't want it to get into our suitcases and food) and the front desk was more than willing to switch our rooms. Not that I was worried about it, but I figured there may have been a little compensation, but we can't control nature.

Pros: I liked that we can go outside right to the beach and rides . I liked the security guard checking everyone's room keys before you can get to the elevator. The staff is very polite. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too.

Cons: Check in is late. We requested an early check in because our daughter needs to nap after going on the beach and before our 6:oo dinner reservation . Also a sign that there is a food court would be good to put in the lobby. Did not realize it was there.

Cons: The bathroom was outdated. Bathroom floor blue tiles and shower curtain were dirty. Carpet floor looked dirty. 2 dusty closets I WAS DISAPPOINTED

Cons: Old, worn-down rooms and bathrooms. Bath instead of shower. More expensive than the one next door (Taj) which is a much nicer room, floor-to-ceiling windows, modern, updated and cheaper.

Cons: Room was not as clean. Bathroom need major update. Water was freezing cold. No hot water for long time. Got west tower. DO NOT recommend west tower . So crowded waiting for an elevator. Have to show keys all the time.

Cons: Getting from rooms to parking garages is a disaster. We were a family of 4 with a baby. That's a lot of stuff to lug around. We stayed in the West Tower. It feels like you have to walk a mile between the room and parking garage. We left at checkout time (11AM) and the elevators were all backed up. We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and decided to take the stairs (we were on the 48th floor!!!!). After finding our way to the casino floor, we tried to go to the parking garage elevators. Those were all backed up as well. So we had to find stairs to climb to get to P-4. In all, it took us about an hour to walk from our room to our car. That's insane!!

Pros: Close to the beack. Selection of shopping, restaurants on hotel campus.

Cons: Hotel rooms in Havana tower are really old looking. Wall paper and beds need to be updated.

Cons: The room was dirty, there were hairs in the bathroom and the floor was dirty. I was not impressed. The hotel needs a make over. The wallpaper was peeling in the room and in the hall way. Would not stay there again.

Pros: Great location. A lot of good restaurants, shops and a IMAX in one roof. Pretty interior.

Cons: The swimming pool open hours is not long enough. It is from 10am to 6pm. The Hotel check-in time is 4pm. After settling into the room was almost 5pm. The check-out time is 11am. If you only stay for 1 night, it is possible to go swimming. Kids were disappointed.

Pros: I loved the Hotel I couldn't believe how big and hiw many stores and resturants were inside. We didn't have to leave the Hotel at all.

Cons: The only thing thing was you had to have a major credit card (no debit) to order any movies. Even cash wasn't accepted.

Cons: Dirty rooms, dirty carpets, no ventilation, stale air, washroom exhaust fans always off - staff refussed to turn on.

Pros: The room was amazing. My friends and I were staying for the weekend for a show and it was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy, room was spacious, and we loved having a balcony overseeing the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My friends and I all agreed if the opportunity were to arise, we'd definitely stay here again!!

Cons: Only complaint I guess is that it was in an unfinished area, which honestly isn't even in the hotels control. I'm sure once it's finished it's going to be a beautiful area!

Cons: Too expensive for what's offered , after paying $300.00 a night , you have to pay for breakfast , pay for Wi Fi , bedding very out dated and uncomfortable , and the shuttle doesn't take luggage , overall I would not stay again for that price

Pros: The shuttle was amazing, they were so friendly and helpful. The view from the 9th was decent we had a structure blocking our view so we couldn't enjoy it much. The room was large had a stove and kitchen necessities. Overall our stay was decent but we would only stay again if the boardwalk was finished.

Cons: Far from the casinos. Boardwalk wasn't finished. They didn't clean the room, just left towels in garbage bag out the door. Had to walk down a sketchy neighbor to get to a beach. No access to beach from hotel. Dirty room, dirty shower, no lighting. Elevators were horrible we waited forever.

Pros: There was not 1 particular thing I like about Fantasea Resorts-Flagship, I enjoyed everything and am looking forward to staying there again!!!

Pros: Not like it used to be as lots of places weren't even open so our options of using our food credit that we received were limited. The checkin line was ridiculous they had like 2 people working we just had a simple question as we had used the Express check in kiosk but still had to wait like 45 minutes. TR desk staff while very nice didnt do all steps required to reissue my card which then required multiple trips back. There is a charge to use the pool and gym and they are disgusting this should be included in the ridiculous resort fee. Our room was right off the main lobby area in the Dennis tower which was nice not having to use an elevator but it was very worn down and despite it being no smoking the stench of smoke devoured you the second you opened the door to access the hall of rooms.

Cons: Looking very run down lately and they nickel and dime you for everything who wants to pay $25 per person per day for the gym and pool I dont even pay that a month at my local gym/pool.

Pros: The room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom very nice, hairdryer in the bathroom. I loved the hotel to be in the center of the boardwalk, close to all the famous casinos on the beach, to the beach bara and to the ocean itself. It's my second stay in Bally's, and I would return again.

Cons: I didn't like the long wait in line to check in, the previous guests were taking the long time. Our room was in Dennis tower, and it didn't have any natural light, since the window was facing the wall of some back building, and it was covered with protective film. Thank god our stay was for only 1 night otherwise we would feel depressed in that room, it is like a dangeon. Also the walls are very thin, at night I could hear the TV in the room ACROSS from our room, and in the morning I could hear the housekeeping staff talking on the phone (or with each other) NON-STOP in the room next to ours. I normally sleep well and don't have a problem with noises but that was too much even for me.

Cons: Social distance rules not enforced. First room we were assigned in Dennis Tower was small, no view, cramped, and smelled bad.

Pros: Nice room, our only complaint was there was only one light switch controlling all the lights in the bedroom, no nite lite option but we just left the bathroom light on. Beds very comfy and bathroom was nice and big and the toilet was on the opposite side of the room from the shower. Large vanity separated both . We were on a nonsmoking floor but The casino was outdated and smelled like smoke . There were smoking areas and nonsmoking areas. But too close together in my opinion We used the check in kiosk with no problems, they charged $10. For early check-in and $10 for valet parking. Not bad.

Cons: The room was discusting and outdated. Ive stayed in AC many times and this was the worst stay ive had. Ballys charged way too much money for the room they offered me which was a supposed ‘upgrade’. AC has been on the down for years and with two new hotel/casinos, if they dont step up the game theyll be the next one out of business. I would not stay here ever again.

Cons: The tub was backed and I had to call maintenance in order to drain it, which was inconvenient since it was 11pm at night.

Cons: My wife and I came into Atlantic City for 1 night to finish off our vacation - we parked in the self-parking garage and went to see if we could check in - We left our luggage in the car - we came back to the car about 3 hours later and discovered a thief in our car - He ended up stealing our laptop computer and a NYC T-shirt that my wife picked up for her son. We called the authorities but I don't think much will be done - Hotel security was there and took a report - I would have thought that somebody from the hotel guest services would have contacted us to see how we were doing but we didn't hear from anybody - Just feel that Bally's doesn't give a flying hoot about their guests only the money that they bring with them.

Cons: Stayed in the Claridge Tower. The building is old, the windows were dirty and the it was a bit of a walk to the boardwalk.

Cons: Upon arrival, we asked how many cars we would be able to park. They only allowed us one (the site didn't mention this). We asked if we could pay for more spots and were told no. One night we called the front desk to ask the manager if we would be able to pay for extra parking for 1 car. The manager said yes and told us $10. My friend went to the front desk to pay. When she got there he immediately changed his answer and told her she could not park. She called me down hoping since the room was in my name, I would be able to pay for the car. When I got down there I asked if I would be able to purchase the extra spot. The guy rudely said I could but not my friend. I said ok. I asked why there was an issue with my friend getting it and he said "only for you. not her." I agreed and said ok. My friend simply asked the man if the phone lines were recorded because she was very polite on the phone and did not understand the change in attitude. The man then began to raise his voice and yell at us telling us to leave and that we could not have it. I politely tried to resolve the issue and ask what the issue was since I was the one purchasing it and the room was in my name. He told us to leave and that we could not have the spot. I told him I was very displeased with the service and that I would be writing a review and he told me he did not care. That my opinion did not matter The whole time we were there, there were less than 5 cars. The rooms were nice but the balconies were dirty and crooked. Dirty towels too!

Cons: terrible service, parking, unclean room, wifi did not work and the tv barely worked, no dresser, falling apart and unclean towels and sheets, no safe in the room and the area, population, and staff are sketchy. Was fine for two days but if you plan on staying longer, go somewhere else. Location is the only positive comment I can leave.

Pros: Extremely close to the beach and Boardwalk and free parking. Staff was pleasant and made sure all free breakfast items were stocked and refilled when empty. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable for the small amount of time my husband and I were actually in the room.

Cons: Our phone and coffee pot in the room didn't work. However, we didn't complain, so for all we know they would have made it right while we were there. The breakfast was free, so it seems a little trite to complain about variety, but in the interest of informing others who may stay here just know that it was a choice of raisin bran, frosted flakes, oatmeal, or toasted bread.

Pros: Hotel smelled in the lobby and the hallway but was located just a few steps away from the boardwalk. All I needed was a place to sleep and this hotel serviced my needs. If I was going for comfort, cleanliness and luxury I would have hated my stay here but for what I needed it was ok.

Pros: The hotel looks old and beat up, and it is, but our room was clean and the hotel fulfilled its purpose of being a place to sleep. No bugs, no cigarette burns, no dust bunnies. Sheets and towels were clean. A good deal for the price, especially since it is steps away from the boardwalk.

Cons: Beat up furniture, not enough electrical outlets, facilities were run-down, staff less than courteous, parking less than ideal.

Pros: i guess you get what you pay for , one of the staff members was rude on his phone the whole time was trying to ask him questions he'd just look at you and go back on his phone . No microwaves in the rooms had to use the Not so clean one in the lobby . Cont breakfast was stale. THE BIG BED and location was the best part. The shower was dirty there was hair left in it and molded ceiling .

Cons: Room was in need of repair and good cleaning. We were also woken up about 10:30 pm the day we checked in to the sound of mice eating our food. We informed the front desk of the issue and that we wanted to leave! The manger would not even refund our money in full! Do not recommend a stay here!!!

Cons: the hotel is a very cheap hotel. You basically get what you pay for. The amenities are not true. There was no iron in the room just the ironing board so you had to go down stairs and request an iron. The blow dryers in the two rooms I had did not work. The elevator can only fit 5 people or it will break down. One room stunk like an old house smell. Towels and rags where old and worn out so bring your own. They charge you to have guest in your room. Yes, they have a sign that says no guest allowed, if you do they will charge you 10 dollars per night per person whether they stay or not!

Pros: Very confortable and modern , quiet air condition, nice people to help and give information, good breakfast, good coffe, close enough to the beach, free parking , etc, etc, Congratulation for everything!

Pros: Bad Odor in the entire facility, elevator the lobby and the hallway, you can hear conversation from another room,the tax are ridiculous.. the lobby isn't fancy at all...... i try to get a refund to moved to another hotel but they did gave the refund, so we had to stay there. we didn't like the hotel.. Sorry but i not recommend the hotel to anybody

Cons: Foul odor. Dirty looking and small elevator. Room was outdated and very plain. Spent the while night looking for bugs on the wall but never saw any. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling in the tub and the floor in the bathroom was dirty. Bathroom was very small too. So small that I could not even get a shower because of my size.

Cons: The front desk was overly persistent in asking us to come downstairs to check out. Also they forgot that I had requested to check out an hour late.

Holes in the wall, shower was beyond gross, dirt everywhere, big cracks around door so the wind just blows in, the bathroom had peeling fixtures, and even the steps and outdoor walkway were sticky with something gross. I only paid 80 bucks but I might as well slept under the boardwalk.

Cons: didnt feel very safe had a late check in and front desk guy was sleeping with a bat next to him.The bed sheets had like black dots on them scared it was bedbugs but didnt wake up with bites and the shower the water dripped all night leaving a rusty drain and rusty wall under faucet. Didnt like how when we got to our floor the bed were right next to window knowing the guy was sleeping.
