Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness, with many noting that both rooms and public areas like the pool were very clean and well maintained. The pools, including both indoor and outdoor options, were a highlight for many, and the hotel's location and access to entertainment and dining were also appreciated. However, several guests reported negative experiences with service, particularly at the front desk and with valet staff, and some mentioned issues with room size and amenities. Overall, while the property and facilities received positive feedback, improvements in service and room features were suggested.

Pros (+) All the staffs were very friendly, polite, and courteous, except one who ruined my entire impression of the hotel.
Cons (-) It was little past 9 am Friday morning, when the pool at the spa level closed down for non-spa guests. Pros (+) Comfortable hotel, more quiet than the Borgata hotel proper. Bell service, desk service, and room service was very good.
Cons (-) Water Club could use an update. Reasonably comfortable but it's been a few years since the hotel has been updated.
