Pros: Great value for a very nice full-size luxury SUV. Far better than the competition. XM satellite radio activated, unlike some of your competitors that are having problems with XM. Noissues with the car over a 2 week period.
Cons: Could have been cleaned better before we picked it up. Some trash from prior renters in the car still.

Pros: Staff at the Reno airport was super friendly and efficient. Car provided was awesome and very clean. The pick-up and drop-off process was very smooth and easy.
Cons: Only comment was the temp tag (paper taped on dash) expired three days before car return (no temp plates on the front or rear of vehicle). While we did not encounter any issues, peace of mind on paper tags would have been ~better~, though I acknowledge the 2021 vehicle was brand new and tags may not have been available. Otherwise, seamless rental, 10/10, very pleased!!

Pros: Pick-up and Drop-off went smooth and fast.
Cons: Car was weak, first off I chose a suppliers choice from priceline a gamble that cost me. I could have rented same car for $30 less but rolled the dice and lost no convertible for me just a weak small car that struggled in the mountains. I learned my lesson.
