Pick up and drop off were great. Employees were friendly and helpful. However, the vehicle had a tremendous number of scratches (even a big one on the roof)! The car should have been repaired and not continued in service. Even the employee who looked at it was amazed and actually had me take a photo of his written remarks on his evaluation sheet to be sure I won't have any problems when I returned the car.Reviewed 24 Sept 2025

I had reserved a mid-size SUV. My arrival at MYR was at 5pm. there were no mid-size SUV available. I had accidentally left my phone at home in KY so needed a car with GPS. I was told by the older man manager that they did not have GPS in their cars. Except for one which was a large SUV KIA Telluride. I am a small women and did not want to drive that exceptionally large tank of a car. Finally a young woman named Melissa came to my rescue and offered to print out the directions so I could find my way to my sister's in the dark. A huge thank you to the young woman who took the time to help me ...but I still did not get the car I had reserved and had to take a smaller car that could not accommodate my ailing sister and brother-in-law, which is why I was even in MYR in the first place.
