Pros:Good car.Cons:Several Tires over-inflated according to dashboard indicator, but staff said "don't worry". Long lines at registration. When checking in they told me that my invoice would be sent to my email account. $75 for a one-day rental and this is what I get?Pros:I like the make and model of the car it was a Kia and it got the job doneCons:I waited 30 minutes in line to get the vehicle. The car had a disgusting odor to it, very musty and smoky. There was a cigarette hole in the seat and dents and scuffs all around the car. The car was dirty when I got it. It looks like they may have washed it but the inside was gross. I went for the lowest price and I guess this is what the market bears right now.Reviewed 19 Aug 2016

Good value, easy shuttle, car was missing a sun visorPros:Good price, close to the airport. Quick checkout process.Cons:The car they gave us originally wasn't in the spot they said it would be in, so they gave us a different one that was dusty on the outside and missing a sun visor on the passenger side. Quick and easy!Pros:Rented mid-week and last minute (while waiting for bags) and the price was great. Can't beat the value! No line at counter on this trip and no wait to exit. Not always the case though. Gas station right next door to fill up on return.Cons:Shuttle was slow to arrive at terminal pickup which has been a problem every time I've rented from this company.Reviewed 30 Nov 2015

Get deal for the pricePros:The rates were competitive. The cars were nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the first rental I was given, I called the company and just like that, I was able to take the car back and get another one.Cons:The car wasn't as clean as I would have expected. It was filthy but it wasn't spotless like you'd expect. The insurance is expensive. The lowest coverage is $18 a day and that was about the cost of the rental.Reviewed 1 Feb 2017

Very poor customer serviceCons:Pick up took an hour. The line was super long and the workers casually went on break ignoring the long line. They just seemed indifferent about everything. The number of workers at computers ranged from 2 to 4. Once you got to the line, their friendly attitude was very fake and superficial while they annoyingly try to sell you upgrades and insurances you don't need. I had to initial 9 times on a broken digital signature display that I couldn't read anyway. My clerk didn't explain anything. She just coldly looked at me after her fake smile was gone and said "that's your car out there". I'm used to someone inspecting the car or handing me the keys, at least tell me the next steps. So, I asked her do I just drive it off? She said, yeah the keys are in the car. She just kept saying that trying to get rid of me as soon as possible. So, I went out to the car and noticed some scratches and popped off panels. I walked back and told the first person who's attention I could get to show the damage on the car. The guy said "we'll swap it out for you". I told him I don't care, I just want to let you know about the damage since you made such a big deal about it during the sign up process. I don't want to get charged for it. So I patiently waited another 5 minutes. Then grabbed another person and told her about what I told the other guy. The other guy basically did nothing and triggered no action that I could see. Just told me that "he'll swap it out". So, the other lady leads me to the car and she finally explains to me where I need to drive the car to and get it inspected. No one ever explained that to me. So, I get to the exit and things are a little smoother from there. The person at the gate explains everything and inspects the car. Upon dropping the car off I decided to drop off plenty in advance so I don't miss my flight home, since picking the car up took so long. Surprisingly, dropping the car off what super quick and easy. So, I sat around the terminal an hour longer than necessary. This is my second time using Advantage. I thought the customer service the first time was possibly a fluke. Guess that's just the way they train people. Or don't train people. Won't be using Advantage again.Reviewed 18 Nov 2015

Lacking in customer servicePros:Really a huge lack in customer service and pilotless coming from the employees. The lady checked us in was rude and seemed angry that we didn't want to upgrade our car. The man driving the shuttle to and from the airport never got out of his seat, even with a handicap passenger getting on, never helped with bags or treated anyone getting on or off the bus. Our car was okay, it smelled like smoke and had a lot of scratched and dings on it, be careful to do a walk thru of your car before driving off the lot.Cons:The customer service, the cars smelt like smoke, and the shuttle driver wasn't friendly or helpful.Reviewed 30 Jan 2017

Cons:Shuttle from airport was rude. I had to flag him to stop. I was in the proper purple rental car waiting zone. He had people chasing the van because he did not stop at any of the terminals. The car was diesel which was not mentioned on the reservation. The car was old & made crazy rattling noises.Reviewed 9 Jun 2019
