Nothing was discussed about how clean we should return it and if there’s a cleaning fee. But we took it to a car wash and cleaned the interior before return anyway. The car choose was slightly confusing because of the hertz connection but all worked out in the end and only put 317 miles on without having to fill up until we gave it back. Decent car. Made some weird noises and had a lot of Debra’s and scratches from previous customers. But nothing was back charged to usReviewed 21 May 2023

We needed two vehicles because we were a large group. I rented the same Jeep from Enterprise for half the price. Was totally caught off guard that it was double the price. Then when I was told that I can have you guys fill up the Jeep for the same price as the gas at the station, but wasn’t told that you would charge for a full tank regardless how much it needed. I will never rent a car from you guys again. I guess I should not have reserved a car with you without getting a guaranteed price. Total rip off.Reviewed 13 May 2023

75 minutes in the line to pick up the paperwork to pick up the car....then 75 more minutes to have a car ready....the girl at the desk said "pick any car"....but there were not any cars ready ....long process wasting a great deal of time...
