Pros: The parking valet who helped us at first was very friendly. Mike was great helping us to our room. The woman who finally checked us in at 5:00 couldn’t have been nicer. She helped with all of our questions about dinner and was back serving breakfast in the morning. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. She should give lessons to her coworker.

Cons: Reception by Lynne could have been more welcoming. She didn’t acknowledge people when they entered. Kept her focus on whatever she was working on. She seemed overwhelmed and stressed.

Cons: Our A/C was not cooling. person came out Sat. thermostat was at 81. He checked that air was flowing in and out and did a reset. He couldn't offer another room as they were booked. it only "cooled" down to 79 Sun am.

Pros: We came here on a Father’s Day weekend trip for my dad. I loved our experience and everything was great. The view from the rooms are phenomenal! I wish the pool could be opened a little later but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. The staff was very attentive to our needs and helpful. I would come here again if we took the trip once again. Highly recommend !

Cons: Not what we expected in comfort, hospitality amenities where not up to standards explained on site. Had to park in back lot not close to access to room. Little lack of maintenance and breakfast was limited to no choices, bread, jelly and few pieces on fruit.
