We also added a day prior to arrival and.made sure desk was aware and we could stay in same room upon arriving back after a day out.our room key would not work and we were required to go back to the parking lot and post an updated parking pass we were not informed of this initially. Cons (-) I didn't like that I was sent to the wrong room and then given a new room and when I arrived at the second room the keys didn't work. I had to go back and forth to the counter 3 times and had multiple long lines to wait for.
