St. Augustine hotels near Prime Outlet Mall

Pros: The best thing about this hotel is that it has survived for so long with break in issues and theft and poor room quality

Pros: The morning breakfast was great. We were a family of 6 people. The morning breakfast lasted from 630 am to 930 am, and on weekends 1030 am. It was a very nice selection of hot, and cold items for breakfast.

Pros: Property was clean and well maintained. We stayed at another hotel right behind on the previous night and did not care for it at all. Switched to the Quality Inn and was happily impressed - price was even slightly lower! Will stay there for next trip - you can bet on that!!

Pros: The front desk lady was very courteous and willing to help, when we called for the hair situation she personally went to do both beds right away and offered a credit for the problem. The location is very convenient.

Pros: I checked in at 3pm check-in time to get everything taken care of before my co-workers arrived. Upon entering door of first room assigned, the door was open and a strong smell of paint or some type of chemical was present. I entered & closed the door, now that there was luggage in the room. The first turn-off was the view, yes it is by the interstate & what kind of view could there possibly be in that location? However, the little grass they had was not maintained with weeds up around side walk area and that was the view from the sliding glass door to the balcony of the room. Next upon looking around I pulled out the office chair at the desk to set up the laptop. I found crumbs from food where someone had last ate and didn't even want to sit. I then started looking at the beds and to my surprise there really was nothing I noticed to suspect that the beds where dirty in any way, however when I looked at the ledge of the huge picture in place of the beds headboard, it contained a very high level of dust and debris & it was very noticeable it had not been wiped or cleaned in quite some time. I then saw the phone on the night stand and it was, I'm sorry to say but what I would call filthy. I would not have touched that phone to make a call for anything. I then to a look over the bathroom and I can't really say that it was "DIRTY" or if with the noticeable cosmetic things that did not look clean with the very low lighting that did not light up even the shower area made it look dirty? But at that point when I considered running to the store for Lysol wipes, I grabbed my luggage and headed to the office area. I honestly did not realize how strong the chemical smell was in the room with the door shut until I walked outside. I understand that maintenance has to be maintained daily in rooms, however when you paint a room the motel should not rent that room for at least 72 hours.

Pros: Free breakfast was juat a hair better than most continental breakfasts. Add hard boiled eggs and it would be 👍. Location was right off highway and fifteen min drive to downtown. Room was decent, smelled like bleach.

Pros: A ground floor recently renovated room that had only 1 fault - the patio doors. Old and not easy to open. We had problems with the coffee machine that were fixed quickly. Some traffic noise from the I95 but it was marginal. Would use this property again.
