The staff was very helpful. The room was ok. Breakfast was enjoyable.
Room lack enough lighting only two lights with very dim bulbs. Side entrance door would not work with the card. Head Board over bed fell off the wall at 2 am. The swimming pool was closed and no reason was given for closing.
The location is great. The beach was across the street and restaurants are within walking distance. The tub was wonderful.
Couldn't adjust temperature stayed the same.. out family was freezing and the comforter was so top heavy we sweated. No in between.
We liked the breakfast choices. The spa bath was excellent. Great location if I say so myself.
The gym machines didn’t work for us. The pool and hot tub were down and under construction and we were unaware.
We got a parking pass for a spot We left and came back the locals took over no passes call ed front desk and was told we had alot of one nighters and didnt give passes my option park somewhere else. At this time option was publix.waited for over an hour. Finally a local left then I parked I watched from my room while the rest left none were guest. I am a previous Hilton chief engineer
