Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Dropoff was easy but not compared to US companies. No option to get receipt and have not received yet in email.
Cons: Could have notified at time of leasing that the insurance was going to cost more than the rental of the vehicle. Again this is not the norm in US.

Pros: The car was ok
Cons: The counter staff was extremely rude, conniving, and overall a con-artist. We got nothing but hassle. The car was defective and we were unable to fill the gasoline tank — causing a HUGE price penalty. Upon return we watched an attendant drive it into the back of another car. CROOKS

Pros: Easy return
Cons: I was charged almost $2,000.00 for a 3 week rental. Your deal on Kayak did not include any insurance. 20 previous rentals I had included CDW. Other insurance is extra and I know that. I feel I was ripped off. I have rented from Sixt about 6 times and have always thought they did a good job. No map,

Cons: The car which we chose was not available. Another car was prepared but just ok. When we picked up in Dublin Airport, the staff forced us to upgrade the insurance plan. It is not a good experience.

Cons: Kayak do not include any insurance in the rental price. I had to pay an extra 260 euro to insure the car (this was not the excess wavier)

Cons: Customer service was bad, forced me into an upgrade because they gave my car away after my flight was delayed. Then made me pay extra. Car was a piece of junk that had bad vibration and a door that wouldn’t seal. Daughters car seat was soaked as a result. Dinged and scratched all up.
