Pretty terrible. Took forever for their “shuttle” to bring us to their sketchy off-site location. Once there they make you sign a pad as they “explain” the rental contract vs letting you read it, and adding their random fees along the way. When you finally get done you realize the cost is more than 5x what your online booking said it would be, so when you try and refuse the car at that point they say, sorry, you signed a contract (that you havent seen yet) and your only option is to take the car or find a way back to the airport to find other options.
