Pros: We enjoyed staying in this hotel - perfect location for walking to the more centrally located tourist destinations without being inundated with cruise ship imported visitors. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful in helping us navigate Seville as well as rent a car so we could venture to the coast.
Cons: We booked this particular hotel because of the pool and rooftop options and when we arrived we found that it was closed until the end of June. Perhaps of no fault to the hotel, but the closure of this facility was definitely detrimental to the enjoyment of our stay and was not advertised very clearly when we booked the hotel.

Cons: I cant really say there was anything I didnt like but perhaps some very minor suggestions, could be to offer a TV with some movie channels ? Perhaps also make the rooms a bit more wi fi / internet friendly ? - the USB port didnt work ( to charge our Iphones. but we never reported it ).

Cons: The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.

Cons: The rooms (if you're going with a basic) are pretty small. They aren't terrible but certainly won't wow you. The bathroom mirrors that. It's all quite snug, which is odd given Seville is no London. I had a much better room at the Gran Melia to be honest. The walls are quite thin and you hear the cleaners and all outside noises in the morning.

Cons: The woman I think was concierge was not very attentive to the guests. Myself and other two guests were in the lobby a bit lost about whom to ask for specific information and/or service, and this member of the staff was walking around the lobby, seemly doing nothing. She looked at us and then walked away. Not even once asking if we needed assistance. Then she walked to her desk and sat down. Finally after like 10 min of being ignored, one of the receptionists helped me and I am very grateful, since I noticed that they were very busy with Check-outs. Wi-Fi was a bit slow and I had to re-connect to it every few minutes.

Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. The location is wonderful. It's not in the center of the hustle and bustle but very close, only a few minute walk. It's nice and quiet at night. The hotel itself is stunning, so romantic & charming. The hotel is a maze - be patient it could take you 45 to find your room but it's worth the adventure. Cons: I don't have anything negative to say but there are a few things I wish I knew before I booked because for some people these could be deal breakers. If you have mobility issues or can't climb stairs easily this is NOT the place for you. I mentioned the place is like a maze, which I loved but when I had 8 bags (2 weeks worth of luggage for travel around Spain) and couldn't find my room for 45 min. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout of this place so some rooms are up around winding hallways and hidden passage ways & there are no signs. Not handicap friendly! The other thing is that there is only wifi in the one common area lobby - so if you need to work or don't feel like splurging on an international data plan, you'll be disconnected for most of your stay as a lot of surround places don't have wifi either.

Pros: Excellent breakfast. Great location for all old town bars, restaurants and historic sites. The hotel is the most fantastic, interesting historical hotel I have ever visited, absolutely fascinating.

Pros: The Level is an exec club which is excellent and great value. It is spacious and open all day with various drinks and snacks. The staff went out of there way to be helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were given a courtesy room to tide us over for our late flight which was a pleasant surprise. Pros: - The whole hotel was modern and clean. - Breakfast was great, you can find any kind of food, also they create for you if ask the waiter. - Great panorama from the rooftop. - They can give you voucher that you can give to the guy in the parking lot so your parking will cost a reduced price. - Parking lot is next to the building.
Cons: Actually there was noting I didn't like. Only thing is that the tourist attractions are a little bit away (which means maybe you have to walk 20 minutes, but this is not a big deal as you can see the city through.
The NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas hotel is centrally located in Seville. It’s just 7 minutes from the Santa Justa station, next to the 1992 World Exposition Center and near Sierpes Street, a prime shopping district. Guests are within walking distance of the nearby attractions. The NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas is only a few minutes’ walk from the Plaza del Museo, a mere 2.5km from the Museum of Fine Arts and 3km from the Olympic Stadium. There are 5 meeting rooms, catering for anywhere between 8 and 190 people. The hotel was renovated in the summer of 2013 and all of the 262 rooms within the NH Sevilla Plaza de Armas offer clean, contemporary design with hardwood floors. Free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, desks, and minibars come as standard in every room. Junior suites include an additional sitting area and some have views over Isla de la Cartuja. Pros: The staff was very friendly, the location was quite nice and convenient, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was spectacular.
Cons: The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Near constant construction noise could be heard throughout the day. The staff kindly switched our room to a less noisy one, though the noise could still be heard. In my opinion, the hotel should not be open to guests during such a major construction!

Pros: The hotel is literally right outside the gate of the train station. It was perfect for us since we were trying to get in and out of the train station as quickly as possible. It is perfect for business travelers or someone passing through quickly. The outside and lobby are very modern, but the rooms are dated but clean. Though their gym had equipment from the 1970s it was nice I have something to workout on.

Cons: The only reason I didn't give full Mark's was because they were renovating the room next to ours and didn't inform us. Pros:
Cons: poor car park and room facilities
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was affordable and a 20 min walk to old town.
Cons: First room: We were placed in a room with a joining door to another room where there was no sound insulation at all and the people in the other room were yelling at each other. After complaining, the hotel upgraded us to a larger room. Second room: While the larger room was nice, the air conditioning/heater was extremely loud and it wakes you up at night. Could smell cigarette smoke coming from another room or the hallway (we think) throughout the night. The staff did not seem friendly and rarely smiled. Would not stay here again.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, room was good but not exceptional. The location was near public transport, Bus and Metro and was within fifteen minutes walk of the old town.
Cons: Reception staff , although not unhelpful, weren't over anxious to assist. Breakfast was fine but the "hot" dishes were always lukewarm. Bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were helpful, rooms were cleaned as requested. We didn't have breakfast as we thought there were suitable places near by, but nowhere we fancied. We made use of both supermarkets across the road and ventured into the city for something more substantial.
Cons: From the reviews we thought the hotel was closer to the city and historical sights, it was in fact closer to the commercial shopping area, or at least part of it. It took about 15 minutes to walk to the start of the sights. A nice walk through the local parks if you don't mind the walk. The bass from the gym can be felt throughout the hotel, we were in room 115 on the 1st floor so perhaps we heard or felt it more than elsewhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Location, really nice breakfast. Taxi available all the time, or UBER. Dhopping nearby, and eating/drinking.
Cons: Sofabed was difficult to figure out

During our holiday, in the hotel there was the briefing of Seville European Film Festival, and we met some actors (Pedro Alonso of Casa de Papel series).

Cons: Location difficult to find using internet instructions - parking - although once found was fine. Our room, third floor was very noisy from outside - lorries/deliveries very noisy - view awful but in fairness didn't affect us other than initial disappointment. Lifts very cramped/small so used stairs ...

Cons: The view was terrible, it was Mercadona’s loading deck. The gym was always locked ( morning and evening). Kinda far from centre but the taxi was only ab 6e.

Pros: Nuevo Suizo is in a perfect location if you want to be in the heart of Seville, next to many shops, restaurants and bars. The place itself is adequate, clean enough and serves a nice continental breakfast each morning (coffee, tea, fruit juice, cereal, ham, cheese, tomatoes, bread, butter and jam). The saff are really nice and accomodating. We stayed in 3 bed room with private bathroom, the beds were comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. The roof top area is nice and spacious. For value and location this pension is good value. Great that you don't need to check out until 12.00!!

Cons: 1)The walls were like paper. Our room was near the reception and we could listen all conversations of people coming in during the night, people cleaning in early morning and so on. 2) few common toilets, we needed to wait several times. 3) breakfast very simple..difficult to have an healthy option 4)we would have liked a double bed set up instead of two single 5) no elevator

Pros: Helpful staff... and small bonus arrangements such as free fruit and coffee/tea. Fine breakfast. Very cozy and very classical Spanish building.... funny details. Roof terrasse was nice.
Cons: I will not blame Nuevo Suizo for that but if you are in a car you must consider that it was difficult to park nearby. We had to leave the car for 2,5 days at a secure parking lot; which costed us an 'extra' €72.
