Hotel is in great location for exploring on foot and Hop On /Hop Off bus stop very close to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean

Lovely bedrooms - comfortable, with ample storage space and nice space for relaxing. Very nice bathroom with his and her sinks and again, more than adequate storage space. The hotel is currently having renovation work done, but it didn’t impact on our stay and they’ve gone about the renovation in the right way by starting with the bedrooms and gradually moving through the communal areas. The hotel’s location is brilliant. It is central without feeling frantic, and it’s nice being able to pop back after lunch or before dinner to freshen up. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Room was fabulous, best room we stayed in our entire trip to Spain.. the location is perfect with Cortes ingles store and a supermarket across the hotel with a handful of bars and restaurants around. There is a taxi stand right outside In the frontside of the hotel which makes ease of access
Courteous staff , quite polite and helpful but the ones we spoke to couldn’t converse well in English but they could understand and helpful to figure out things in the city for you

We had a brilliant 7th floor room with a terrace.
Servicing the room- emptying bins etc.- was not great.
