Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our stay at the villa was very relaxing. It has an old style glamour. It is located 20min walk from the centre of Jerez, opposite the horse school, in a peaceful neighbourhood. A perfect quiet place to end a busy holiday.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the welcome sherry on arrival to the check out the next day, the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We had arrived early and did not expect to get into our room but were given a free upgrade to a superior room which was superb.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel !! Lovely warm feeling and a lovely welcome sherry. The staff are fun too.
Cons: The hotel was perfect in every way . Jerez is a good location but I have been to prettier places in Spain. Nice vibe and nice people though
Excellent 9.6

Cons: Would have liked tea or coffee facilities in the room.
Good 7.0
Pros: Ideally suited for a quite holiday.I was impressed with the staff, cleanliness of hotel , and the lovely pool that was kept at the right temperature. The lovely gardens and patio were perfect for relaxing.
Cons: The choice of TV channels in bedrooms and the old fashioned TV set. I would also not recommend half board due to the lack of dinner choices.

Cons: There was nothing about this hotel that we did not like.
Excellent 8.0

Pros: Parking and breakfast
Cons: All was well
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was really good. Great location. Lovely pool.
Cons: The rooms were quite small for the price they charged.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Clean grounds and nice dining room
Cons: Outside pool not open and inside pool very small. Hotel a bit far from train station and a good walk to center town.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Spacious room with a small balcony (including chairs and table). Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices; scrambled eggs, fried eggs, omelet, pancakes, cooked to order. Very well localized with free parking
Cons: The pool only opens at 11.30am.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We got a free upgrade for a nice room with balcony. Room, beds, showers and other instalations all close to 5* standard. Best breakfast in Spain ever. Quite location, some 20 mins walk to downtown Jerez. Free parking included. We got a special rate from the booking genius program. Excellent value.
Cons: Few restaurants and shops nearby.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The spacious grounds made the hotel environment relaxing and almost rural while only being a short walk from the centre of town, and an even shorter walk from the Royal School of the Art of Equestrianism.
Okay 5.7
Pros: We liked the location very much, only 15 minutes from jerez centre. Our accomodation was reasonable standard, but we did suffer a little from traffic noise at night. We found the breakfast to be very good, plenty of choise, and very well run
Cons: Our room was a reasonable standard, but the beds were as hard as park benches, so I would suggest 2 days max for a visit
Mediocre 2.7
Pros: it was quite near to the centre
Cons: the beds were really bad,the hotel staff was not helpful at all, the room was smelling smoke.
Good 7.0
Pros: A very good hotel with excellent facilities for the summer months. Good breakfast and we enjoyed a meal in the hotel's restaurant, which we found good value for money
Cons: The beds are hard and we really needed more pillows.
Good 7.7
Pros: very convenient with a car, free parking, everything workes out very smothly. Excellent breakfast, good location, also very nice with an indoor pool free of charge.
Cons: The room we had was very stuffy, almost as it had to little air.
Good 7.7
Pros: Service first class
Cons: I rang the hotel to ask to ask a few questions One was the price of the breakfasts. They told me 10 euros, the same as your conformation sheet. But they charged 14 euros each.
Good 7.3
Pros: room and service - very nice, the receptionist was very helpful; I had to move my booking because of a cancelled flight - no problem with that (even though they charged more for the new date)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Hotel location close to town centre Free parking Free Wifi
Cons: None
Good 7.2
Pros: Stayed in Sherry Park as we only paid 65 Euro (parking included). At this rate good value for money. Very quiet at night. Nice pool.
Cons: A bit far away from city center (15 minute walk). Insufficient parking space arriving late at night. At some moments not enough pool seats (though this is not a disaster with the pool as alternative).
Good 7.2
Pros: Nice hotell + breakfast to good price
Cons: The poolarea open first at 12.00
Good 7.6
Pros: loved this hotel, so quiet, near the town center, loved the shower.
Cons: pool didn,t open till 12 midday, i would of liked a morning swim. checkout sometimes had long queues. whoever fitted the wall mounted toilets fitted them to high, not comfortable for small adults to sit on. i hate putting down petty things but like this, but it might make this very nice hotel into a great hotel with a few little changes

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Good choice at breakfast most enjoyable, Room was very comfortable, but the sliding door to the toilet and shower was broken and did not afford privacy as it did not close properly. Sky news would have been helpful to keep us informed regarding international events on Corona Virus.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great atmosphere. Friendly staff, relaxing and beautifully kept grounds
Cons: No milk in rooms
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities.
Cons: Room too hot so had to sleep with window wide open. No milk to put in the tea. All manageable but the worst thing was the food. It was really poor. The hot food wasn’t hot but cold and the food cooked as ready to eat was never cooked properly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The place, the room and the facilities.
Cons: The staff could have been more friendly
Good 7.9
Pros: - Very good service at the restaurant - Competitive prices - Confy bed, mattres was really nice - Good breakfast
Cons: - To use the spa you need to change buildings - Bathroom could use a renovation. Shower tap was about to fall off and there was some smell coming from the piping - No sockets by the bed to charge devices, all of them on the other side of the room
Good 7.7
Pros: Superb location, easy access, welcoming staff, fantastic breakfasts, high quality rooms,
Cons: only downside was no free wifi available in rooms.
Good 7.7
Pros: We were recommended this hotel when the hotel reserved in Jerez cancelled our booking. It is perfectly placed for the Jerez motor racing circuit; is superbly equipped; and has fantastic food. The staff cannot be more helpful and the service was always quick and efficient. A wonderful and relaxing stay with good value for money.
Cons: There is nothing I did not like or believe needed to be changed

Pros: We chose Tryp Jerez hotel mainly for the excellent location. The hotel is pleasantly decorated throughout. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the Loreal sample products in the bathroom.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Super friendly staff, nice location. The room is clean and comfortable. 10 out of 10 value for money
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was excellent with excellent restaurants and all Jerez's attractions close by. The accommodation was clean and comfortable although basic it was good value. The train and bus stations were within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Jerez.
Cons: Nothing very good budget accommodation in Jerez
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hostal owner/recepcionist is amazingly nice and helpful. And the wine is good of course.
Cons: The city of Jerez wasn't what we expected. The centre is very small, the bars are nice but a bit commercial. Outside the centre it gets kinda grim quickly.
Mediocre 3.2
Pros: Nice lobby and approach.
Cons: Awful bed. Backpacker standard. We;ve found alternative accomodation in Jerez, which in comparison is luxuary and only a couple of euros more.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very quick and nice staff. Great value and location!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is very handy to the city centre. Air conditioning in room and decor was excellent. On site parking was handy although it cost 10 euro per day.
Cons: Breakfast was served in basement room with no windows. Quality could have been better. Bar, pool and spa were not yet open due to Covid 19.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was excellent
Good 7.0
Pros: Our room was very good with nice bathroom products. As we were early in the season the pool wasn't open. The location was reasonably central beside the bullring and within about 1 km distance from restaurants and shops. There was limited car parking within the hotel grounds for a fee.
Cons: We were not given a particularly warm welcome at reception. The breakfast room was on the dark side in the basement.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, safe parking, very comfortable room and very helpful staff
Cons: Nothing-all positive
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The spacious duplex was much appreciated. The breakfast at the restaurant was good. The garage was helpful and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: The small window and natural light. It also meant the room was warm and we had to leave the window open through the night to keep the room cool.
Good 6.0
Pros: Clean, big space, next to the city center
Cons: you have to cross the parking to reach the spa. The spa smell chlorine... The spa is not included in the price which is not great. Same thing for the parking, you have to pay eur 10 per day extra. This is not the 4 star's hotel standing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s near to the city centre, 10 minute walk, a quiet location with on site parking and we had a fabulous room
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: Good location and clean rooms.

Good 7.3
Pros: The room was well furnished & the Staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Old Jerez was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel although with it's many narrow streets we did get lost a couple of times returning to the hotel! Room service was prompt as well. Parking was good but felt should have been included in the price.
Cons: The mattresses were a little soft for our liking but we still had a good nights sleep. We would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Good 7.7
Pros: Efficiently run, clean, good choice of food for breakfast and cost very reasonable.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Room is good with high grade desighn. It location is convenient to access to central zone and stagiam.
Cons: Because of narrow and one-way passing road to access the hotel more distinguishable name plate painted big letter would be much helpful for guests using car. In my case I spend lots of time to find the hotel.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and obliging, the swimming pool was wonderful in beautiful surroundings, the breakfast was so large it set you up for the day! If you didn't mind a short walk, near to the town.
Cons: My wife and I felt the cost of dinner was very over priced. Food / service was good but the food was not particularly well-presented considering the price and that this was a five star hotel.. We experienced a similar meal in a Parador the next day for a similar price but the food was beautifully presented.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location to the racetrack next door was excellent, great variety of breakfast, great views from the balcony, parking no problem.
Cons: Lots of noise traveling through adjacent bathrooms when water being run. Lots of ants were coming in to our room through cracks around the door frame to balcony and going up and down the drinks fridge cupboard, we where given a fresh room which was a little inconvenient but got the problem sorted.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.0
Pros: Very good breakfast.
Cons: Villa - dark rooms. Not enough light. There is a Electric Kettle - no Electrical outlet. Kitchen and dishes - very sad. The price of the villa is definitely too high.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very good bed, very good breakfast
Good 7.3
Pros: We enjoyed our brief visit, the staff were very welcoming and the hotel was good value for food and golf
Cons: I thought the golf course was of excellent design (Jack Nicklaus) but it could have been is slightly better condition
Good 7.7
Pros: very nice vew and the beds were so confortable
Cons: not realy a 5 star hotel..it was hard to finde the indoor sweemingpool
Good 7.3
Pros: We used this as an overnight stopover on our way south and found the hotel very easily from the motorway. The rooms were very comfortable with beautiful views over the golf course. The food was excellent, particularly the fixed price dinner.
Good 6.0
Pros: staff was extremely friendly and attentive.Despite it being peak season it was reasonably quiet. The rooms were very clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The beds were quite comfortable.
Cons: The distance from Jerez centre does not make the location a good one. The furnishings can do with a re-vamp. I would not classify it as a 5 star hotel, but a 4star
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was spacious and quiet. Even if the hotel is not in Jerez, it is well signposted and easy to find. THe outside swimming pool is big.
Cons: The spa section is rather small, the jacuzzi is mini and there was a queue for it.
Okay 4.8
Pros: The staff in the hotel but not at the caddy master`s shop who were totally chaotic and incompetent .
Cons: The standard room offered as part of 3days package was in urgent need of renovation -specially the bathroom . Bearing in mind that this is a xxxxx hotel.
Okay 4.4
Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Cons: No valet,or doorman, no concierge on duty, hotel facilities were very spread out.
Okay 5.6
Pros: The Reception and Housekeeing Staff were outstdanding.
Cons: 1. This hotel is "faded". ( a staff members' term) All furnishings and bedding need to be replaced. 2. Major construction is ongoing directly across the road; that is the view from 1/2 of the rooms. 3. It does not have the facilities to handle breakfast when the hotel is fully booked; 4.no in-room high speed internet service 5. In terms of overall quality,no more than 3 stars. Compared to our stay there seven years ago, it has gone downhill!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, clean room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were professional & friendly. Even helped us solve an annoying problem where our cc was overcharged by we didn't know who. The charge was under the name of a company we couldn't relate to. Well, they went online and they solved the mystery! They were able to match both the name of the company doing the charging and the company providing the service. Such a relief. We were able to go back and collect our money without any problem. They acknowledged they were wrong and apologized. Thank you so much to all the staff personnel at B&B!!! Also loved the 24 hr COFFEE!! So good. We didn't not do breakfast. Location was awesome right in the Football Chapin stadium! Felt like we we're in front raw watching activities and even watched a football game one evening. Nice hotel at an affordable price. And oh YES! Strong WIFI!!!
Cons: No drawers to tidy our stuff during our lengthy stay. Nice hotel but not a 4 stars. I've stayed in many 4 stars before where the rooms were more spacious and accommodating. There's a small fridge, a big plus.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location, bed size
Cons: Definitely not a 4* hotel!! No room service, restaurant only serves breakfast, breakfast choice is so limited, furniture is old, hot water sometimes not hot enough.... As soon as we arrived to our room, the cleaning lady rushed to it and changed all the bed sheets! Seems she forgot to change them before our arrival.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Was easy to drive to and had free parking. Also an easy walk into the center of town. Large room. Bright, clean and modern, very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing! It was perfect!
Okay 5.3
Pros: Good clean modern accommodation and bathroom. Edge of town location.
Cons: Buffet breakfast very high price. WiFi only in reception.
Good 7.3
Pros: Great to see into the Stadium. That's a different kind of hotel stay. Very good breakfast (compared to what you get in a smaller hotel), Spanish. 24h reception and not far away from the airport.
Cons: Staff not very fluent in foreign languages; sometimes hard to communicate with. Location not ideal if you do not have a car. The taxi ride to the city center was just 5€, though.
Good 7.7
Pros: Fantastic views on the pitch of Xerez Football Club, very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff
Cons: It's a bit out of the centre, but worth the detour
Good 6.6
Cons: Limited food choice on Saturday evening.
Good 7.6
Pros: Friendly welcome. A comfortable bed. Parking in the hotel, although at a cost. Good information in room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast facilities.
Good 7.2
Pros: Uber-chic room but.........
Cons: .....the frosted glass door to the bathroom attenuates virtually no sound. Kinky!
Good 7.2
Pros: Minibar was free!
Cons: hard to find in Jerez, it is a mess trying to drive and find directions
Okay 5.6
Pros: Very modern hotel with nice facilities.
Cons: The AC in the room did not work and it was very hot and difficult to sleep.

Away from center of Jerez (which was what we wanted, do not go here if you need Jerez as roads can be very confusing and you could end up travelling 27km before being able to turn around!) Directly opposite the Jerez race circuit, go to front and ask to look around, the Spanish are very obliging. Bonus is you can park free at hotel, hotels in Jerez charge for parking. Jerez itself if a wonderful place to visit (but you WILL need a car to travel there from this hotel), make sure you see the old town though with its little plaza's as the newer part is more modern. Take a trip around a bodega, Tio pepe is recommended, great fun!
Cons: Booking.com booked a twin room with the hotel when we actually booked a double, so double check what you are getting before you go! Dissappointing for us, but like i say it was booking, com's fault. No tea and coffee making facilities in room, not good enough if you arrive late as the hotel cafe and restaurant will be closed. Don't go if you think you can walk into Jerez as you can't unless you are really fit!
Good 7.7
Pros: The Hotel is very convenient for Jerez and Cadiz. The pool is excellent. The staff are excellent. We thoroughly recommend it.
Good 7.7
Pros: A nicely appointed hotel just off the beaten track but very close to Jerez Airport. Adjoining is a very nice restaurant.
Cons: No
Good 6.3
Pros: Beatiful modern hotel with clean nice rooms in tranquil rural settings. Free parking just outside the hotel. Friendly and professional staff.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Nice, friendly staff, very clean and tidy rooms and hotel.
Cons: a bit far from things and a little difficult to find at night
Good 6.6
Pros: The accessiblity to the grand prix circuit mainly, but generally a good location close to the city
Cons: $review.cons
Good 7.6
Pros: Convenient for exploring Jerez/Cadiz but must have a car. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: No facilities nearby
Good 6.0
Pros: A lovely hotel very close to the circuit
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5.6
Pros: Very helpfull, friendly staff. A relaxing place to stay.
Cons: Charging for Wifi/Wireless. If you do not have a car, no transport, taxis a rip off (30 Eueros for a ten minute trip). The website states "on the outskirts of Jerez", this is slightly misleading. The hotel is pretty remote, it is impossible to even take a short walk after a meal.

Cons: You can hear everything the neighbors are talking. No privacy.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly & knowledgeable reception staff - Maria Jose & Miguel were very welcoming & helpful. Large room with comfortable beds & fresh white cotton bedlinen. Clean bathroom & great shower. Great to have windows in the room for fresh air during sleep as we do not like to use air conditioning!
Cons: Would benefit from some internal redecoration, more accessible plug sockets & soundproofing. A digital safe would be better than the key operated safe.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: excellent value for money and cleanliness of hotel
Cons: na
Good 7.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and super helpful. My room was very big. The hotel is clean and tidy. The location is good.
Cons: The smell of sewage coming from the toilet in my room and the lower floor of the building was not very pleasant. When we arrived the room smelt fine, once the toilet was flushed the room began 2 smell. They offered 2 change the room rite away, but there was no more suites available and we needed the bed space as there was 3 of us. I decided 2 buy a toilet duck and a air fresher, which helped 2 kill the smell, this enabled us 2 stay put. We also noticed the same smell on the lower floor on route 2 the dinning area.
Good 6.0
Pros: the room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. staff at main desk very helpful
Cons: bar resturant was not very welcoming
Good 7.0
Pros: The beds! They were the most comfortable we've slept during our (extensive) European holiday. Apart from a bit of a glitch the first night, the internet worked well in our room. We had none of the noise issues other reviewers experienced, but then the pool was round the other side of the hotel fromo our room. The room was very smart & comfortable.
Cons: The beds! They were too comfortable - we couldn't get out of them! (Only joking). Tv channels have heavy Teutonic bias!!! There were 11 or so German channels and only 2 in English - both news based. a bit more entertainment in English would be good. The hotel is a bit of a hike out of the main town. We walked it in about 20 mins. a bit too far from the town to sneak back for a siesta after lunch.
Good 7.7
Pros: Good room, great breakfast, free parking
Cons: about 20 minutes walk from the centre so may be a problem foe older guests who want to visit the city, But an easy walk in, on the flat.
Okay 4.7
Pros: nice garden and outdoor pool. in walking distance to city centre (15-20 min walk). Breakfast is very good (for spnish breakfast), coffee is freshly brewed by the cup from real coffe beans (no instant-coffee!). Scrambled eggs were cooked with olive oil, but tated very good.
Cons: rooms are small, and those facing to the inside yard of the hotel have no nice views at all. Outfacing rooms (towards the garden) are better.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Comfortable, roomy.
Cons: Faded glory: The place has seen better days although it is still adequate and worth the price.
Good 6.4
Pros: Fine hotel with very good swimming pool.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: Bit tired but wonderful pool and outside facilities. The it manager was superb. The room service crew were trying very hard but not client focused. Overall we would go back but would check out other options first.
Cons: Room service was a bit erratic and kept trying to get us to take the buffet and even denied us more room service breakfast cards! It was a real fight to get them to give us a card so we could order in the room. And then they lost it! And braekfast did not arrive. Phew! Spoiled it a bit!

Pros: The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly and the toiletries are always good
Cons: It was a good 15 minutes to walk into the town centre and the shared spaces ( lobby and corridors) would benefit from an update but on the whole good value
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The scenery is wonderful, the hotel is amazing, staff are friendly and helpful, the food is very good and the room very comfortable. This was our third visit and we will certainly return.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Breakfast was good with a varied selection available. A tea pot or something to make tea other than directly from urn to cup would have been appreciated.
Cons: Our ''superior room was on the fifth floor, 502, plastic floor limited windows, tired appearance. Shower over bath. Was this really a superior room?
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very friendly staff,
Cons: Cost of parking was really high
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean room, walking distance to town, nice restaurant/bar
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good hotel with reasonably sized rooms and an excellent breakfast. Price as good for quality and location of rooms.
Cons: The only issue I had was the check-in process. I checked in with a large group (20 people) and as I always do before any trip to make the process easier, I sent copies of traveler passports as well as the rooming list well beforehand. Despite confirming that all was okay, when we got to the Check-In desk the woman who attended us (María) was a bit rude. She had a customer before us who was agitated, and it seemed as if she took that out on us. Also it was slightly annoying that she said that she hadn't received 3 of the passport copies (impossible - I sent a .zip file AND someone confirmed that everything was okay). This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel with the group and the 1st time treated this way.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff
Cons: Not four star- wall paper coming off the wall. Rip - off add on charges for parking
Good 7.3
Pros: Room spacious and clean, staff speaking English (wow!), close to town centre (10 minutes walking distance). Accessible by car.
Cons: Car park is a challenging place. Make sure you have good brakes and you like to manouvre. It would be great if there was free WIFI in the hotel room.
Good 7.3
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was good located, nearby the center of Jerez (10 min walking)
Cons: The parking of the hotel was very little, but you could left your car on the street (no parking fee)If you go to Jerez in the summer, then you will really miss a swimming pool!
Okay 5.6
Pros: Location, access and press
Cons: It has the smallest garage in the world! And the room is small too.
Good 6.6
Pros: I stayed at the NH Avenida Jerez for three nights in December 2009 and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were nicely decorated and were very clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant despite the language barrier and the location is good if you are planning a sightseeing trip of the city or are visiting the Circuito de Jerez, which is a 15 minute taxi ride away costing approximately €14.
Cons: Although the room I stayed in was pleasant, the noise from the main road that runs along the front of the hotel can be excessive at times. It can be quite difficult to find somewhere to eat in the evening, especially if you don't speak much Spanish. The breakfast was okay, however, I wouldn't recommend using the hotel restaurant for dinner, as the waiter is quite rude and gets very frustrated and impatient with guests, making your meal very uncomfortable. I thought the food was okay, although my friend wasn't too impressed with the meal she selected so the quality could vary.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The closeness to Jerez Centre

Cons: Noise in spite of asking for a quit room got one with a neighbour from hell Smell of stale cigarette smoke Fake check in times Small bathroom Dangerous cleaners when I moved in the bathroom floor was still slippery and wet

Pros: 100 yards to the centre plaza arenal, spot on.
Cons: Noise of road but between 1.00 and 7.00 it was silent.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Location in Jerez excellent, helpful staff, room clean
Cons: Bit dated but nothing to complain about
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location is the only good thing here.
Cons: Super grumpy staff, never staying here again. Cleaners were nice, managers absolute dicks though. Staff with minimum of joy in their work.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location was very good. Parking is a nightmare. It's a one-way street and very difficult to get back to. The hotel garage door wouldn't open; very awkward. Breakfast could be better -- maybe even more than one cup of tea/coffee. But that seems par for Spanish 2-star. The owner did try to help whenever possible. Spoken English is limited.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: There was nothing I experienced I can say I liked about this hotel. It was a great disappointment.
Cons: I booked 4 months in advance for 3 nights asking for a room with balcony. What I got was a room on ground floor. It was dark, damp and cold with a window at street level. No privacy as people in the street could look into the room. The street was narrow with lot of traffic making terrible noise over the cobble stone pavement day and night. The aircon was inefficient and the room stayed cold and damp. The 2 star rating may apply to rooms on upper level with external windows. It does not apply to rooms on ground floor and internal rooms. Breaakfast was very basic and staff not responsive. To avoid similar disaappointment to mine make sure you will get upper floor room with external window. Otherwise consider staying somewhere else.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The location and price were really good. The room and bathroom were nice. It is a good place to stay, as long as you are looking for a simple place to stay.
Cons: There was TV in the room, but it did not work.
Good 7.0
Pros: Superb location, but not the easiest to find. Parking 600 m from the hotel.very servicminded personell, simple continental breakfast, preumably better in the restaurant, but OK,Clean. Good value
Good 6.0
Pros: good contintental breakfast. Good location to town
Good 6.0
Pros: inexpensive, centric location
Cons: on the day i checked out, i needed to leave my baggage at the reception during the afternoon because i had an evening flight, and i felt ucomfortable because they seemed to be right by the entry and unattended while I was out... i would feel a lot safer if they had a room where they stored them and gave tickets or something so each one can claim their own luggage

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location, 5 mins walk from city centre in quiet area. Traditional Andalusian style, great staff, very simple hotel but value for money incredible!
Cons: For the price...nothing!!!
Good 7.5
Pros: Very central and nice setting. Excellent location. If it wasn’t for the noise this would be a great hotel. Staff need to be a bit more considerate.
Cons: Very noisy customers staff didn’t seem to care. Bad acoustics.
Good 7.0
Pros: basic but clean and comfortable.
Cons: only simple breakfast offered
Excellent 8.0
Pros: A good hotel for its price. Quite ascetic rooms, but very good location, clean rooms, helpfull staff. Thank you sooo much Yana for all your help and advice!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The hotel is very short walk to the historic turn centre and just 10 mins walk to the railway and bus stations. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Possibly the worst Wi-Fi/internet access I've ever experienced (apart from hotels that have none); base stations up and down and poor bandwidth on the rare occasions they were actually working. Fortunately, the 4G signal strength was good.
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, speak english, good location, we didnt expect much to see in Jerez, but in fact it is a charming town with its atmoshpere, recommend to visit
Cons: although it looked clean, friends had ants in bed during the night
Good 6.3
Pros: Quiet hotel in good central location with helpful staff & reasonable facilities
Cons: No
Okay 5.3
Pros: Quiet and therefore able to sleep soundly - room was off courtyard and away from the main street outside the hotel. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.
Cons: Room was very clean but decor was tired, some patches of paint peeling off wall.
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: Very pretty and in a good position. Clean and silent.
Cons: The position on googlempas from booking.com is wrong, the sign is invisible and makes hotel very difficult to see. The lock of the room was impossible to open and the door of the bathroom didn’t close. The tv didn’t function. The two men at the reception speaks only Spanish.
Mediocre 2.4
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Having just stayed in a very nice and reasonably priced three star hotel in the centre of Seville our hearts sank when we entered the El Andaluz Jerez. Our room was small, dark, practically unfurnished and the bathroom tiny. Both smelled nasty. There was the barest minimum of soap and shampoo provided by the hotel in the bathroom. The bed was hard and the pillow relentlessly uncomfortable. We had to ask for towels because there were none in our room. We had to ask how to turn on the electricity in our room because no one showed us. The room was dark and hot and the air conditioning worked only intermittently. The "free WIFI connection" didn't work. We decided to cut our losses and left very early next morning.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Cannot say how pleased i was staying at this hotel! This is the third year in a row i have visited Jerez and by far the the most warm and friendly place i have stayed. The staff make you feel very welcome.

Cons: No air con
Okay 4.6
Pros: It had a good parking
Cons: Astronomical price for a mediocre hotel. €200 for one night for a triple room and had to pay extra for the parking! No dining facilities except a bar stuck in the corner of a dingy room. Cord on hairdryer extremely dangerous. Flimsy lock on room door. Ugly private patio with no furniture.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: No internet when connected to wifi at 2nd floor
Good 7.0
Pros: Everything was clean and very good location. First at siesta time room was lil bit chilly, but we asked about a heater, and for night it was general heated, very comfortable room. We stayed in November.
Cons: Parking would be more flexible, we paid for parking (12 eur) in garage around 18:00 on Saturday (garage was empty). On Sunday we couldnt leave car for more time after check-out without paying more. Normally Sunday is free-of-charge in city, so would be reasonable to leave car full 24 hr. in garage, to spend whole sunday in city and walking around.
Good 7.5
Cons: Internet was not very good from the room
Good 7.7
Pros: excellent location well signposted so easy to find. Staff very helpful. Good location to access sites of interest. Very good hotel at very reasonable rates. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Good reasonably priced carpark.
