The Room and the view I was in the 32 level it’s marvelous.

Upgraded room to compensate.
My wife was nearly electrocuted when the iron blew up and tripped out the electricity in our room. There was enough damage done that we had to move rooms. Night one, the electric blinds would not shut properly and it woke us early with the sun.

“The location of the hotel was excellent - within reasonable walking distance of the hsitoric centre of the town and all the areas we wanted to visit. When we checked in the staff allocted us a superb room looking out on to the city. the room itself was superb, very clean and comfortable. When we reported a problem with the safe, the gentleman from maintenance arrived in under ten minutes.”
