Cons: Some street noise, perhaps remodel which was good could have installed sound reducing windows. I was ok however I live with people who would have been annoyed. Outside of room, facility was a bit plain; however, much cheaper than other hotels in area. In my opinion you're getting a champagne light room in a beer facility on a beer budget.

Cons: Expensive parking. We parked in a garage one block from the hotel to avoid unreasonable $26 nightly fee. Most big cities charge this much, and higher, but why do have to shrug our shoulders and say, "that"s just the way it is". It feels like the baggage fees on the airlines.

Pros: I really Liked its location, we were attending a event at the convention center and the hotel is actually leads into the convention center. That was great! We didn't have to walk at all. All staff members were extremely nice and willing to offer any help that they could offer. The hotel was very busy due to the event, but the staff still dealt with customers in a very polite and friendly manner. I also wanted to say thank you to this hotel for not treating us any different than there other guest, we have been to other hotels and due to our ethnic background have been treated like we were some how less. This hotel did an excellent job treating everybody well and respectively Thank you so much!

Cons: Charge for WiFi (unless you are an Elite member), ridiculous prices for snack shop food and goods ($5 for a Dairy Milk candy bar, $6 for an Odwalla Smoothie!), $45 for a t-shirt! Also, the hotel smells like the air freshener they pipe in at many of the Las Vegas hotels (could be a plus if you like that). Also, the choice of "aromatherapy" soaps are awful--why not go the clean, fresh scent of soap instead of burned wood?

Plus, the valet was serving guests who weren't even staying at the hotel but attending a concert or conference in the area. It's a bit ridiculous that it takes 20 minutes to drop off a car with valet and another 20 minutes to pick it up.

Pros: I normally do not go out of my way to write reviews, but in this case, the management and the front desk staff went so out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect that I truly felt compelled to do so. At first, I was surprised at how highly a motel of this style and price was rated on every website we checked. Low on options, we booked it anyway, albeit skeptically. But thankfully for Flamingo, they squashed our skepticism upon check-in and we realized the reviews were exactly right, if not high enough. Pros: I normally do not go out of my way to write reviews, but in this case, the management and the front desk staff went so out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect that I truly felt compelled to do so. At first, I was surprised at how highly a motel of this style and price was rated on every website we checked. Low on options, we booked it anyway, albeit skeptically. But thankfully for Flamingo, they squashed our skepticism upon check-in and we realized the reviews were exactly right, if not high enough. I've stayed at many similar motels through the years, and usually you get what you pay for, but not at Flamingo because here you get more. Great service, good location, clean rooms, incredibly polite and attentive staff made our trip to San Jose perfect! A+

(4) Faucet inside the bathtub was rusty and dirty. This should be easily to take care of with $10 spray paint for home depot.
(5) Rest room located on the first floor was not clean or not being cleaned regularly. Trash was overflown and just can't believe this happened at the Hyatt hotel.
I would never come back here again.

The sliding door on the bathroom probably saved space but the lock didn't work.

Pros: This is the best place to stay if you don't want to drive when attending an event at the SAP Center, which is less than a 10-minute walk. I also like that the place is very clean, the hotel and our room. My friend was in town to attend a concert with me and we were both very happy with the accommodations, especially since we just wanted a clean, safe place to stay and this was the place. The complimentary breakfast was pretty decent too. They had hot and cold options.

The breakfast staff was inattentive and I had to go into the staff cubby to dig for cutlery and a napkin. Also, they wouldn’t accommodate a late checkout but did give me an extra 30
Minutes until 1230 however they clearly didn’t communicate with each other because the cleaning crew knocked aggressively twice and the front desk called twice to ask why I hadn’t left. I was only in the hotel for about 15 hours yet I was left with a pretty bad taste in my mouth and did not fee welcome there.

Cons: True price I paid was not worth the room. It was a very crampt room with ancient furniture. The rooms were a boring shade of beige and our window view was another building being constructed. It's layout seemed more that of a comfort inn with a price tag of 90 dollars a night rather than 150. It's not worth the price, if you have a car go to a comfort inn and save some money cause got the same experience.

Pros: The room had a nice view to the outside.
Cons: The TV in the room was dated and could not locate the remote for it. The hotel allows dogs which is great but doesn’t have any specific area to take your dog. The staff at the desk recommended that I take the dog to the grass located in the median between the street or the park.

Pros: The size of the room
Cons: My bed covers had cigarette burns but the room was non smoking. I went to my car without a shirt on and was asked if I was a guest which made me assume I was being profiled. Motel 6 did not leave the light on for me. My air conditioner was not cold and turned off frequently which I had to restart. Rooms did not have hair dryers but the motel did accommodate by allowing me to use the blow dryers from the office but I would first have to give my drivers license to be held as collateral. To be honest, I should have spent the $100 more for the Marriott......

Cons: Horrible beds, very noisy A/C, very noisy fridge. Clientel is mostly construction workers travelling on behalf of their employers. Low education, low manners folks. I understand that the have to rise at 5:00 a.m., yet that does not mean that they have to holler and slam doors. Unfortunately the opposite also comes into play. Late-shift guys drinking in the parking lot and on the corridors late into the night with TV blaring.

Cons: The room was not very clean. There was grime and spills on all of the drawer fronts. The sheets were clean and the bed soft but we were afraid to take our shoes off and walk on the carpet. The location was horrible. It did not appear to be a very nice part of town. Everything in the hotel seemed old and dingy. It needs a good updating. The breakfast was mediocre at best and there was no place to sit. It seemed like it was an after thought. We will never return and would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

I couldn't sleep well because of it (and I even tried keeping it off but it got too warm).
