Pros: Very nice property. Love having a full size kitchen in every room. The bed size was limited to a queen, which is okay, I just love a king sized bed! Breakfast was a continental plus as they had a waffle maker and party sausages and poached eggs.

Pros: My first visit to a TownePlace establishment. I was impressed with the size and comfort of the room as well as the morning breakfast. There was a variety of egg dishes from one day to the next, not the same scrambled eggs every morning. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

Pros: Loved how close it was to the Winchester Mystery house. It was impressive to see how they kept the breakfast station constantly stocked. It was a full dining room and they made sure the food didn't run out. They also maintained the area very tidy. No messes or dirty dishes anywhere even though it was busy. They are thoughtful to provide feminine products in the dining room bathroom. It was nice to receive a welcome bag with a snack and water too. They provided excellent service and it was clean all around. Top notch accommodations at an affordable price.

Pros: Everything. The carpet is a dark color and when I walked barefoot there were some sticky spots, not visible due to the color. Think a child may have dropped something. I should have notified the front desk when leaving. Not a big deal and would not prevent me from booking there in the future.

Cons: The TV is set up at an awkward angle from the bed. The sofa is also a bed, but I'm a person who has to watch tv to sleep. Very petty quibbles. This is a very nice property. Definately book if your worried about a nice clean room. This will impress you.

Cons: Not being notified by booking.com or the motel staff at check-in that there is a $150 plus pet deposit. There is no place on booking to indicate a pet guest and the motel didn't inquire At check-in. My husband took our dog into the lobby to get coffee and we were presented with the bill. The manager was very gracious and did not enforce the deposit since we were not told at booking or check-in

Cons: Breakfast items couldn't eat ( salty & not same images as they showed & even tell the front desk personal, she came and said it's the same and didn't do nothing about to fix or help) still change for it. It's not only the money it's the principle of business practices that you should care about your guests at your property! I sent E-mailed about it but I don't know if any one is going to do anything about it. It was in 8/16/2019 @ 8:00 a.m. $ 48.07 We're at room 108 Other then that I enjoyed finding booking. com

Cons: The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The padding on the mattress was so thin that the springs would stick in your body. We used extra comforters to pad the mattress, and it was our kid that was sleeping there, so it worked. Would not have worked.

Cons: Early Saturday morning, there was a loud beeping sound in the hallway that continued for a long time. After a couple minutes, it sounded like hotel staff showed up to try to stop the beeping, but it continued. I didn't get much sleep that night.

It's located in the center of Santana Row, where you can watch baseball game in sushi bar, be in the center of a fair, shop for souvenirs and visit haunted mansion nearby. On breakfast I had oatmeal with cranberries and nuts, orange juice, then toast with jam, few slices of pineapple and melon and banana.

Cons: Called to confirm pool was open (November) with beverage service, were told it was and that someone would come out to offer us drinks. Nobody ever came for 3 hours.

Cons: Lobby is on 3rd floor and to get to our room we had to take 2 elevators. As an excuse they put real oranges in the lobby, but no knife in the room to eat it. Self-park is in another building, but it is free (which is beyond belief by California standards).
