San Jose motels

Pros: I normally do not go out of my way to write reviews, but in this case, the management and the front desk staff went so out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect that I truly felt compelled to do so. At first, I was surprised at how highly a motel of this style and price was rated on every website we checked. Low on options, we booked it anyway, albeit skeptically. But thankfully for Flamingo, they squashed our skepticism upon check-in and we realized the reviews were exactly right, if not high enough. I've stayed at many similar motels through the years, and usually you get what you pay for, but not at Flamingo because here you get more. Great service, good location, clean rooms, incredibly polite and attentive staff made our trip to San Jose perfect! A+

Pros: Have to admit, I only stayed here because all hotels were completely booked during my last minute business trip to the valley. I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and ample. Service was great. I would stay again.

Pros: Bathrooms redone

Pros: The location was close to downtown and the airport. It was a $90 room vs $200 for a Hampton Inn or similar close by. It was definitely an Inn and not a hotel but the location was safe and rooms were clean and retail was close for dinner.

Pros: Staff was friendly. Fairly close to shops and attractions if you have a car.

Pros: Service was friendly, quick and simple. Happy to help with directions.

Pros: I liked the fact they don't use that bug spray in the room most hotels in that price class use. The furniture in the room is newish and the bedsheets didn't have any faint skidmarks that didn't get washed out. What do you expect?? This is a cheap place (even though you sold it to me for $80+ when it's worth $65 after taxes).

Pros: Usually stay at Hilton properties (every Hilton/Mariott was sold out the week I was in town) so that's what I have to base my review on. They were remodeling and trying to improve cleanliness. The staff was friendly. Close to airport, $10 uber ride to downtown.

Pros: I like the fact that the staff here was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They did their best to help us out, so for that I thank you so much. Props to those working there.

Pros: We found the room to be very nice and uber clean. Given that there were some negative comments about cleanliness we found that to not be the case, We would stay there again with no concerns.

Pros: One of the best Motel 6 motels I've experienced. Above average staff, very clean, excellent location for public transportation and very good local cafes and restaurants. I'll be back.

Pros: The room was very clean, the whole property was well kept. The staff was very helpful and friendly. they went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Pros: I was there just for 3 day convention and the location was a five dollar Uber ride away.

Pros: The front desk worker was very nice. She asked why we were there and was able to carry on a conversation with a smile. There were a few workers on the grounds who also were plesant and said good morning to us.

Pros: Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I have a bad knee and they only had upstairs available and the staff took my luggage and brought an iron to my room and assured me to just call for any needs.

Pros: At $110, it was the cheapest room in the San Jose area. The bed was large and firm. From my limited stay, the facility did not strike me as sleazy.
