Staff was outstanding. Great service. Room was very nicely appointed. Very clean. Comfortable bed.
Good spot, but they charge for parking
Location is great
Charges $29/day for parking.
Great location but average property and experience
Within walking distance of a lot of things in downtown and close to public transportation. Nothing memorable or special that you normally get with Starwood Hotels.
Mediocre almost all the way around
Great location and reasonable price for Downtown.
Parking cost weren't mentioned prior to booking and was an annoying surprise of $29/day.
The employees were very nice
I didn't like that door to the room let air in and it made this annoying noise.
The location of the hotel was awesome. Right in the center of the downtown area. The staff, especially Tim S. was amazing, friendly, checked me in early, gave me star treatment, the room had a great view, was clean, nice amenities.

Close to all the downtown venues. They have well p
The restaurant happy hour was great. Super Asian food and specostly drinks at a bargain. Rooms and common areas were tasteful and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and comfortable.

The staff was great. Good location. Windows opened a bit.
The staff at the front desk, valet parking and the restaurant were extremely friendly and very professional.
The menu at the restaurant seemed expensive, especially for breakfast.
Happy we stayed here!
Cute and comfortable hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff. Recommend Mosaic restaurant for happy hour. Perfect downtown location.
Could use new carpet and paint in common areas to freshen things up.
Comfortable room, nice bathroom
