Pros: The breakfast was GREAT. The bed was also very comfortable.
Cons: I didn't love the immediate surroundings, and I really don't like laminate flooring- it's tacky. It looks nice in the photos, though. And the pool was closed, which was a bummer for the kids.

Pros: I like the inside pool your scarves an when it come to ur rooms
Cons: I didn't like that we gotta psy for parking it should come with the room an I think you should have a better breakfast an u should have a microwave an refrigerator in the room an I don't think that your drinks should be five dollars a bottle that to high thank you

Pros: The hotel is very close to SAP center. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. The lounge downstairs was very pleasant and the food and drinks were good.
Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: Didn't have breakfast.
Cons: The bed had numerous black hairs, as well as lint in the sheets. The toilet seat was very uncomfortable. When we texted for the valet service, (before we even left our room,) we then waited almost 20 minutes. 15 minutes into our wait, two men came out of a room by the front desk. Neither of them greeted us in any way. One immediately went outside, checked some kind of computer outside, then took off for what eventually was our car. Now, when we arrived shortly after 3:00pm the day before, we were greeted by the valet, & two women at the front desk, all of whom were EXTREMELY kind, courteous, & helpful: that was truly the best part of our stay!!!

Pros: Simplicity and cleanliness
Cons:

Pros:
Cons: A hotel should bear the cost of parking when someone is staying overnight no matter what. Telling me they don't cover this cost is just wrong; very very wrong.!! That's why my overall review is low.!!

Cons: Charging a high price for Internet access at this day and age is totally unacceptable. Very bad experience on this point.
4.2 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Poor welcome on arrival, no explanation of where and when breakfast was served - when we went for breakfast on the day we were leaving, we were told it was a $75 brunch they were serving as it was thanksgiving. Normally breakfast would be served at that time - had we been told at check in, we would have gone down earlier. In the restaurant, we sent a meal back as it was inedible; when we paid the bill, it had not been removed. Rooms and public areas look very dated.

Pros: Close to our business trip destination and reasonably comfortable.
Cons: Extreme issues with payment. All rooms were booked under one name for a business trip, but the front desk cancelled one room because the occupant didn't show until the second night (even though we opted to keep the room and the primary person on all rooms checked them in), and the front desk took personal cards for each individual room for incidentals (meals and the like) but then charged the full room rates to each personal card. Had to spend several hours on phone calls and filing paperwork to get the charges reversed and put onto the company card.

Pros: I normally do not go out of my way to write reviews, but in this case, the management and the front desk staff went so out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect that I truly felt compelled to do so. At first, I was surprised at how highly a motel of this style and price was rated on every website we checked. Low on options, we booked it anyway, albeit skeptically. But thankfully for Flamingo, they squashed our skepticism upon check-in and we realized the reviews were exactly right, if not high enough. I've stayed at many similar motels through the years, and usually you get what you pay for, but not at Flamingo because here you get more. Great service, good location, clean rooms, incredibly polite and attentive staff made our trip to San Jose perfect! A+

Pros: San Jose is an expensive city to stay in, so there wasn't much choice of hotels within my price range, but for the money this was very good value, clean and comfortable, and in a nice area. Also very convenient for the train station. There wasn't any breakfast included but there is a lovely bakery just across the road with a wide variety of nice food.

Pros: Both of the employees I dealt with at the front desk, as well as the maid that helped me find my room (bc I misunderstood and got turned around), were super nice and accommodating! The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything you could need. Hella clean, too! I was able to see my car from my room, which I find a plus when in an unfamiliar city. Great location, which was perfectly situated for everything I was in town for. It's on the corner of two busy streets, and as my room was streetside I was able to hear all the hustle and bustle of traffic, which doesn't bother me in the slightest as I sleep better with noise. The walls are a bit thin, and I was able to hear all the particulars of the argument my neighbors had. To be fair, they were probably yelling, so maybe it wasn't so much the walls. But I was also lulled to sleep by the techno music the people downstairs played all night, so maybe it was the walls. Either way, not a huge deal to me, but worth noting for future guests. So if you can't handle city noise or are looking for a real quiet place, maybe this isn't for you. If you're like me and that doesn't bother you, then I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: I love the location and the rooms are nice and comfortable.
Cons: heater not working and cold air leaking through window's We booked for our anniversary and expected the stay to be comfortable as always. We traveled about a hour plus for the stay and the weather was wet and cold so we just wanted to get into a warm room. We got into the room and it was freezing so they had a tech. come out to take a look, later discovered the issue couldn't be fixed and we had to switch rooms. My boyfriend proposed this night so everything did not go to plan with this stay.

The hotel is slightly dated, but it is clean, reasonably well maintained and offers most most amenities a business traveller could ask for, gym included. The card-key entrance system is great and the room service is good.
Cons: The wifi is truly terrible. One is unable to do anything online - email barely loads - forget news sites with large digital content or YouTube! No VOIP or WhatsApp calling is possible. This is really a deal breaker, and I cannot recommend the place on this fact alone. The food in the downstairs restaurant is only 'ok. The showers generally leak (I was in two different rooms), the road noise can be quite loud, there is a $7! fee for bottled water and the coffee machine's water dispensers are generally broken and very difficult to remove for refill(the two are related I imagine). The coffee machines also only work some of the time. The small annoyances can be easily forgiven, the internet connectivity cannot be.

Pros: Historic nature
Cons: We had to be moved into another room on our first night the heater wasn’t working and we froze for an hour in the room it was 57 degrees Also we had a do not disturb sign on the door and yet they still came in to clean even though I went to the front desk on Sat morning and told the man sitting at desk that we were here for a death in the family and didn’t want to be disturbed and to please let the staff know so he clearly did nothing

Pros: The location and parking convenience was awesome. Staff in general were great, helpful and friendly.
Cons: Breakfast, in general could have been much better, the hours and length of time, especially on weekends offer very little flexibly. There seemed to be very little pride in the preparation of seemed to be quality ingredients. Not at all clear why there were two full time workers as they spent most of their time huddled together behind the counter. Food was generally tasteless and bland, and pretty much the same for the several days we were there. Breakfast aside, we would likely look to stay here again because all other aspects of the hotel were great, especially location.

Plenty of space for folded clothes and the TV was nice. I met 3 staff members and every one of them went above and beyond.
Cons: I didn't like that they refilled our coffee with two decaf and one regular package every day. We ended up not using it because both of us couldn't drink a cup of regular. I didn't like that the towels smelled clean but weird, like they just came straight from the manufacturer. I also could have used cleaner carpets and a sink that would drain. The sliding door on the bathroom probably saved space but the lock didn't work.

Cons: Tue accommodations were for 4 adults and 2 teenagers, but the room was not big enough for all 6 of us, so we needed to squeeze 3 on each bed. Also, the bathroom door was unable to shut where the manager did not know about, so he apologized, but did not offer a discount. The value for 1 night was not worth it.

Cons: My bed covers had cigarette burns but the room was non smoking. I went to my car without a shirt on and was asked if I was a guest which made me assume I was being profiled. Motel 6 did not leave the light on for me. My air conditioner was not cold and turned off frequently which I had to restart. Rooms did not have hair dryers but the motel did accommodate by allowing me to use the blow dryers from the office but I would first have to give my drivers license to be held as collateral.
