We were within two blocks of the cruise terminal (where we were headed next) and the staff was willing to help us to walk our luggage there. Pros: The lobby and guest room were modern and beautiful. The staff was especially welcoming and warm. The lobby was decorated with contemporary comfortable sofas, open spaces with burning candles, wine bar, Nespresso coffee machines, wood and stone walls. The well-designed shower, bath and guest room were spacious and tastefully decorated. The room had a Nespresso machine, which I enjoyed. Additionally, our room had huge windows with a beautiful view. Adjoining the hotel was a restaurant with great food including breakfast (which was included with our room) and a full bar. This was a very enjoyable stay.

Pros: We picked this hotel base on it's high reviews and we were really satisfy. The hotel is just in the heart of everything. Just like couple blocks from the lower town, old port and only a short climb to the upper town. The staff were all very friendly, we will definitely go back again.

Pros: The hotel is in the best location for someone wanting to see different parts of Quebec City. The staff is very well trained and seems to try to exceed expectations. This is a gorgeous historic hotel that has been extensively renovated. The pool and spa, all the restaurants, etc. are at or above the standards of what you will find in more modern luxury hotels. Based on my experience, I would recommend staying in one of the traditional decor rooms (preferably beginning 62##).

We had our adult nephew with us, and this struck the right balance of family togetherness and privacy -- even having two TVs was a plus. The hotel's location was convenient to everything, yet our room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The room layouts are well thought-out, including the spacious two-part bathroom. The decor and furnishings are elegant. Everything met and exceeded our expectations.
In a city of great restaurants, we actually had one of our best meals of the trip at Le Beffroi, the steakhouse in the hotel! The rain kept us in that night, but we did not regret it. It was a special occasion meal, and we rate the selections, service, atmosphere, and quality all very high -- in fact, along with being a very good experience, it was a very good value! Room service for breakfast (a time-saver) was also good quality, and surprisingly no more expensive than a comparable breakfast in a restaurant in town.

Pros: Staff was very friendly, bilingual and helpful. We had a larger than typical room as it was handicapped accessible. The kids enjoyed the pull out sofa bed in the separate sitting area (separated by glass doors from the bedroom area) and the jetted tub. The location is very convenient to the Old City and The Citadel. Both areas are just a short 10-15 minute walk. There is also a bus station behind the hotel if you are in need of public transportation.
There was a mini-fridge available for use which was spacious enough to hold the iPads and other gaming devices the kids use. There are plenty of mirrors in the bathroom as well as a magnifying mirror.

Pros: The hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The location was situated near all the major attractions Old Quebec City had to offer. The included breakfast was great, good selections and quality. The staff were happy to help direct us to the attractions and city transportation. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again next year.

Pros: The hotel was very stylish and modern, and the room was large and comfortable, with a New York style. We had a large screen plasma tv and a very comfortable bed. The location however, was not actually in Quebec City, but in St. Foy, a suburb about 10 ks from the city. The breakfast was better than most continentals but nothing outstanding.
