Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's superb central location, making it easy to explore Old Quebec and nearby attractions. The staff received consistent compliments for being friendly, attentive, and professional. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were highlighted, as well as the inviting lounge areas and thoughtful amenities like free coffee, snacks, and a library. Many guests appreciated the breakfast baskets and the overall cozy atmosphere. Some minor drawbacks included room size, noise, and lack of certain services like a full breakfast room or gym, but these did not significantly detract from the positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews

We stayed here over 10 years ago and just revisited last week…. Still perfect service, quality and personell
Super friendly concierge. Great location. Comfortable room. Loved the library and games room.
Pros (+) The superior room we had was very clean and comfortable, and has a number of designer touches that make it seem quite special. But I think it's the friendly, helpful staff that sets this hotel apart.
Cons (-) Nothing.
Pros (+) The staff is as good as it gets.
Cons (-) The rooms tend to be on the small side, and aren't really geared for stays of more than 2 or 3 days.
