Pros: A great find. Michel the owner was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is very stylishly decorated and has guest facilities, like microwaves, tables etc, in the basement area. Cons: If you are adding up the years or have any physical impairment be careful---the entry stairs are really a challenge to get you and luggage up, no lift in the building and rooms require climbing more stairs. Ask for the lower level room and it will be ok There could be more general siting and gathering places----BUT you aren't in Quebec to sit in your hotel

Cons: I complained about the security latch on my room being broken and the shower light being burned out. Nothing done. There is such a big gap at the bottom of the door, too much light and outside noise came into the room.

Cons: The curtains in my room did not cover the windows fully, this was particularly noticeable in the bathroom where there was at least a 3 cm gap on either side of the curtain. This issue was compounded by the fact that the toilet was right next to the very large window and my room was on the second floor, it did not lead to a feeling of privacy.

Cons: The first room we got didn't lock, so we used the emergency key to override the electronic lock. It was also a very basic room with banged up furniture. Also, the hotel has no elevators, so it is not accessible at all.

Cons: We stayed only one night so was not able to really experience all the hotel had to offer. We should have stayed longer, but perhaps next time. Definitely will recommend this hotel, particularly for its location, its proximity to things to do and restaurants.

Cons: i booked the incorrect night the evening before! We were in a Starbucks booking our next night stay in Quebec and I chose the Concord and made a reservation for the next night --I thought. Wrong I made it at 9 pm for the same night I was booking while 300 miles away. Hotel would not give us any credit consideration when we arrived the next evening. So we paid for a second night!

Cons: Some of the furniture a little tired- specifically worn easy chairs, but seem left there because they complement design. Could use reupholstering, and pool was nice to have but water was a bit cloudy, and walk to dressing room chilly and used as a storage room. It was nice to have on a rainy day, but not super. Also, water a bit deep for kids, so combined with cloudiness, I was in particular alert.
