Cons: They charge you for everything - They wanted me to pay .$50 a minute for the business center! If you come to this hotel and need to do work, bring your own laptop and be prepared to pay for the internet.

Cons: Kayak provided incorrect information in the search for the hotel. Kayak app stated that breakfast was free. However, when we got to the hotel we were told that was incorrect. After calling kayak customer service and being on the phone for 30min, we were ignored even after pointing out the issue . Hotel was great, kayak customer service 1/5.

Pros: Great location right in the heart of Downtown Ottawa, really close to a lot of the sites. Staff is informed and professional, and the facilities (especially the pool) are world class. Loved it here.

Pros: Classic beautiful Hotel. Friendly Staff, especially the health club receptionist, who was great!
Cons: Too old. Need refurbishing. Stained carpets, cracked ceilings, too many extension cords. Position of coffee maker hard to get to which makes making that morning cup a great hassle. Toilet we had in our bathroom was so close to the wall and door is in the way.

Cons: Although an extremely expensive proposition, rooms/some older pieces within them need to be restored or refreshed. A little old looking.

Pros: Walking distance to Bayward Market. Newly renovated areas are very nice and modern.
Cons: As of July 18, 2015, hotel was still undergoing some renovations so parts of the hotel are not yet complete. That will obviously end soon.

Pros: The hotel was ok for a place to stay while you spent most of your day out on the town. It was affordable and the living conditions were adequate. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to stay in the hotel for a significant amount of your stay. It serves as a good place to sleep on a budget
