Pros: Location

Cons: The spa is poor and cramped, the service is decent at best (a line to get seated for breakfast?? It looked like the post office), in general you would expect much more for this price range.

Pros: The staff were excellent. Beautiful bedroom and very quiet. Location perfect. Food exquisite. Wonderful atmosphere in the bar. A fabulous hotel with loads of history.

Pros: Everything. Seamless check-in and check-out experiences, Great wifi, comfortable lighting, elegant rooms, very clean, exceptional shower with colorful lighting and temperature control. Great breakfast with varied options and perfect location. We requested connecting rooms and were granted confirmation before checking in. the hotel staff were easy to reach during the reservation period and were exceptionally accommodating and friendly during the stay. Excellent spa services and reasonably priced (keep note that their spa/pool and gym share a space, approx. half a floor). We stayed there twice during the month of June because our flight home was from Munich. Both experiences were consistently exceptional. Would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful, the location was very convenient for getting around and many activities. If we were to travel to München again, we would definitely stay there again!:) Already recommended your hotel to a few of our friends.

Pros: The hotel is good...the furniture is a litttle bit dark in the room but the bed and especially pillows are very comfortable.Amazing breakfast but there is not so much space so could happen that will have divide the table with someone else. There is a lityle garage but with a good price. The carpets in the corridors should be changed..they are dirty so ruin the impression of the quality. The position of the hotel is good but there is tram under the window so be careful if you want the total silence

Pros: Was good sized room and easy walk to main centre. Breakfast was good value. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Pillows were too soft, we turned the heating off and opened windows but was still too warm. Not too many eating options around but Lowenbrau was good. Also a great Chinese nearby.

Pros: Large bathtub, fantastic breakfast, comfortable room, clean and modern. Walking distance to Löwenbrau biergarten and tram station.

Pros: The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the pillows actually had some stuffing in them, which was a nice change of pace from other places we visited. The shower was also large enough to have two people.

Cons: The water splashes a little out of the side of the shower. They didn't have conditioner.

Pros: This was our second stay at this hotel in 18 months. Whilst it’s not in the best part of town, it is extremely handy to public transport and amenities thanks to its vicinity to Munich Central Station, but also only a five to eight minute walk to Karlsplatz. The rooms are extremely comfortable. In my opinion a Hotel must have: 1) A comfortable bed, 2) A decent shower, 3) Plenty of storage for large suitcases with the ability to unpack and settle in. The Sofitel Munich Bayerpost surpassed those requirements. The beds are probably the most comfortable beds I have EVER slept in anywhere in the world (including my own). The shower has excellent water pressure and temperature control, and the rooms are spacious enough to stay in without feeling cramped. The decor and features are also extremely satisfying. I would not even contemplate staying anywhere else when I visit Munich. I travel extensively world-wide and in my opinion this Hotel is up there with the best I have ever visited for a city stay. Not to mention the staff who are as good as you will find in any hotel in the world. They are efficient, professional, friendly and courteous, a credit to the hotel.

Cons: Hi, I didn’t like that I arrived at 10 am and the phone in the room wasn’t working! I did say to reception straight away by having to go back down only for that! As I wanted to book a spa treatment but couldn’t do so! They told me that they will send someone straight away but he never arrived!! I had to go downstairs again to the spa to make a booking and go back up notifying to reception that nobody came to fix the phone yet! Again another staff from reception assure me that someone was coming!! Nobody came! I had to call from my phone to order food and had to wait for at least 15 minutes after the operator ask me to call again because lines were busy at reception! In the mean time I did ask them when I was at reception to give me another room which will have been so easy and quick to do ! But I guess nobody had the brain at this time to think it was the best for me the paying guest !!I went down again for the spa and again asking for a phone ! When I finished my spa I had to ask again it was around 4 pm or 5! Remember I did raise the problem at 10 am!! So frustrating!!! Someone came and start to touch cables and stuff! I decided to go out for shopping time he finished! Came back! The guy wasn’t there! Didn’t leave any notes or instructions! And the phone was not working!!!! I went down again to complain because it’s just ridiculous at this time!!! Who is in charge? Who has a brain! Who is competent?? !!! Nobody since 10 am ! It’s now 7 pm my friend arrive and we can order food! We call the hotel with our phones for a while and they say we have to call back again because lines are busy !!! Are you crazy!!! We went down complain again! And now they decided to change the room at almost 9 pm !!! It’s crazy!!! Such a bad managing!!! For this day !!!

Pros: Nice hotel about 1 km from the main train station. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Pros: Staff were very nice (except grumpy barman). Bar food was good if a little pricey. Pool is lovely. We stayed in a family apartment. Loads of space. Breakfast was tasty. Kids loved the American style pancakes!! And there was plenty of choice! Tram is almost outside the door. Train station around the corner (10 mins walk)

Cons: Asked for robes but never arrived on our 3 night stay. To be fair the concierge mentioned that they hadn't had a delivery. Bar man was fairly grumpy. Everything seemed to be an issue....

Pros: I like the room a lot and the environment around. Easy to get a tram to the city and from the city. Tram station is near the hotel. The staffs are very nice, especially the Chinese receptionist. The restaurant decorations are wow.

Cons: Breakfast need to be improve, everyday same food. Only bacon and pork. If you dont eat pork, your breakfast will be only eggs and cereals. I ve requested for vegetarian breakfast for my wife when I ve booked the hotel. They said, they will managed but one ce you come to the hotel. They forgot and didn’t even ask. So you will be eating only pastries and bread with butter. Concerning my room, it’s was perfect but they don’t clean the room well. There were small pieces of broken glasses which got into my feet. I had to tell them to clean the entier room which they did but again Got another piece of broken glasses into my feet. While checking the under the bed, I was shocked to see so much dust under the bed.

Cons: Room not tidy. Broken glasses was on the floor kept near my bed. Got hurt on my feet. Had to remove them from my feet. I did an inspection Nd then saw that they don’t clean under the bed. Lots of dust. Restaurant, the breakfast is ok but feel sad for non vegetarian and people who dnt eat pork. They get stuck only with cereals and bread with butter. And for dinner I went there, saw people left the plates nothing eaten. Made me order food from outside.
