Pros: The hotel is brand new, the staff are really friendly. The shower is a proper blasting shower. The bed is soft. The hotel is in a quiet residential part of Munich with a tram and bus stop right outside- just 10 mins to anywhere.

Pros: Upon arrival my assigned room had not been cleaned after the last guests departed. Bed unmade, towels on the bathroom floor. I did notice that they previous guests had left the "do not disturb sign" on the door, which is probably why the housekeeping staff had not yet cleaned that room. However, I appreciated the staff being very quick to change me to another room and even walked with me to confirm the new room was acceptable, so kudos to those in the Reception for being so responsive. Overall, a nice hotel and a great value, in a quiet area and very easily accessible, 2 blocks from the Hohenzollernplatz station (only one train change when coming from the airport). Restaurants nearby.
