Pros (+) Clean, minimalist decor yet every convenience available. We really appreciated the free use of washer and dryer with instructions translated into English.
Cons (-) Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. Not bad service at all from them, I just think they could have been a bit friendlier.

Pros (+) Good amenities, and I appreciated that they have their lights on timers even in the hallways. The staff were also rally helpful with some of my sillier questions.
Cons (-) I was facing the train station so it didn't feel very private if I wanted natural light. I'd suggest putting some of those diffusing curtains up as an option - in addition to the blackout ones.

Pros (+) Location, in front of train station and close to historical sites. Surprising very quiet. Bed very comfortable!
Cons (-) No towels in the bathroom and staff took a hour to bring them. Call service never was available and tv system was not working properly. 160 dollars night for a hotel should be no more than 100 bucks!
