Pros: Nice staff, neat parking garage, good breakfast

Pros: The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was also okay as it was 10 minutes from the convention centre, where we were attending an event, and ten minutes from the main station. A good balance for what we wanted.

Cons: The receptionist made our trip very difficult. Upon arrival he had lost our booking so last minute had to find a room. Also he told us we could pay by card and then last minute told us it was broken. He then asked us to walk to a local ATM which was shut so my boyfriend and I spent 45 minutes walking around looking for an ATM, which were all closed on a Sunday. When we got back to the hotel without any cash the card machine was magically working again. This was very frustrating as by this point my boyfriend and I were late to our event. We also had issues with communication when a member of staff knocked on our door and we asked them to come later. We repeated this several times as I was currently getting changed. The lady then proceeded to come in anyway and dash into our bathroom then leave. This made me rather uncomfortable. Breakfast was also very disappointing with a limited range of cold items including jams and spreads, but no bread, and cereal. We did not find it worth the extra money so didn't have breakfast.

Pros: Qualitative in terms of facilities (rooms, parking (underground), good location - next to bus stop and 10 min for metro.

Cons: The breakfast is ok and just that - not so much value for money. The place is a perfect combination of germanic and balkanic cultures: the quality is german made whereas the mentality of the main staff member is balkanic (sly style). Be prepared for that kind of approach.

Pros: Very nice and polite host, convenient location close to the Olymic park, very nice rooms with great beds and blankets, silent, really wonderful quality of sleep, it was difficult to wake up. We did not order the breakfast but I am sure it would be perfect as the whole stay.

Cons: Make sure to communicate the time of your arrival in advance / or to agree on a way of picking up the key of your room...otherwise for some time you may wait outside the hotel for the staff to come and let you in.

Pros: Clean, spatious room. Very calm. Nothing disturbing.

Cons: I didn't find free WiFi, maybe it was here, but I had no time to ask.

Cons: My room was on the street side of the building - with the windows closed, it was fine. But in warmer weather, I'd want a room facing the back so that I could have the windows open.

Pros: Great experience and very pleasant staff. Perfect place to stay.

Cons: A few products on breakfast table were expired, but it still was great and they had a big choice of meals and products.

Pros: Everything! We booked last minute so we weren’t expecting much. Check in with a lady (I didn’t catch her name) was a breeze! She was so incredibly sweet and very personable. Bed was larger than expected and super comfortable. Breakfast here was one of the best spreads we’ve had in Europe. A little taste of everything. Love love love

Pros: Parking is available. Sound insolation is great - sound-proof windows. Coffee machine makes tasty drinks. A small fridge is of an advantage.

Cons: Huge head pillows, impossible to sleep on...I ended up folding pullovers and towels to use instead. WiFi is very weak.

Pros: Great location if you want to visit München without driving into the city, as there is free parking for guests, and a bus stop about a 5min walk away. There are shopping and restaurants within a short drive or walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet, so sleeping was easy in the comfy beds. Breakfast wasn't anything fancy, but they had the basics- sliced meats and cheeses, fruit salad, yoghurt, breads, cereal, eggs, juices. Breakfast staff were warm and welcoming. Reception staff were nice and informative.

Cons: A strange smell in the room sometimes overshadowed the otherwise pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and provided some sort of cleaning liquid, but it just didn't do the trick. More options at the breakfast table would've been nice considering the price of the meal.

Pros: Stuff were very nice and helped with questions on how to visit Munich. Beds were confortable, room was clean and the property has machines with food and beverages. Proper wifi was working without issues.

Cons: Room had broken fan (kind of air conditioner small machine). There were many lorry drivers outside in the internal parking/garden, as room was on ground floor and curtains were not covering properly the window it was a bit strange. It takes long to reach Munich if you do not have car but for us was not a minus (quality price was good and we new the property was a bit far from city center).
