Pros: Awesome Hotel in front of riverwalk in downtown Miami, Close to free metromover station. The Hall is awesome, with neon lights offering a continous change of colors. Rooms are big and clean, Rooftop pool is nice. There are bars and resturants, everything is all set. We forgot our reading glasses in the room and the staff quickly found them and delivered back to us. Downtown and Brickell are full of good restaurants, shops amd lounge bars, you can enjoy a lot staying here!

Cons: rude staff/ especially at the pool. When we got to the room, 30 min into a man knocked at the door speaking spanish. Could not understand him but he wanted to "repair the door", all these while I was getting out of bahroom. Did not want to come back later. Unacceptable. Then at the pool my husband wanted a beer and the guy was on his cellphone all the time, didnt even asked what he wants... My husband is a hotel director in europe and was very offened by this attitude which was unacceptable. Of course, he didnt get the beer. Then my key didnt work for the room. twice I went up and down to the 30th floor, they said "its fixed" still didnt...finally the front desk manager came and fixed the issue after we all got upset. Again, too many issues for this price.

Cons: The customer services from the staff was 50/50. Some staff were very warm and helpful and other staff answer the phone “hello yeh”. There was an issue with the auto lights in the room and engineering was called several times. We were traveling with a 2 year old so the lights turning on and off after 10pm weren’t ideal. When it was brought to the front desks attention the next morning no apologies were made and I was given the impression they didn’t care.

Cons: The breakfast was pretty awful for a 5 star hotel. Although the dinner was lovely the wine selection wasn’t very broad and the air con was beyond cold. Wow! As this was booked for a birthday, the offering was pretty poor. It would have been nice to have been offered a better view or maybe a glass of champagne, just to make us returning customers. Regarding the room, the products were pretty poor and the balcony space not very luxury. Pretty dull. To summarise, great staff, great food overall, decent room, however not worth the price.

Cons: Everything started when we arrive to this otel, we have a 7th months old baby and no body helped my wife or to me to carry luggages. We wanted a baby crib however they have somehow miss that note we waited more than half an hour to have that also I've learned that it was going to wrong room. Housekeeping change our belongings place constantly and removing stuff like hand soap and not replacing. A flight crew who are checking in to this otel has blocked the road and nobody cares our complain. And finally this night someone (reception said there was a request on the same floor) has entered our room at 6AM while we are sleeping.

Cons: I didn’t love the room my friend and I had. Two girls sharing one king bed in a small room wasn’t a little too close for comfort. It was a business trip so I was hoping for a little more space. I requested early check in during booking and before I got there as my plane landed at 9am .. didn’t get early check in and the hotel didn’t even seem that busy. The bed wasn’t comfy and our air conditioning leaked so much it left a huge puddle on the ground. And didn’t really pump out cold air. I was charged for valet parking and I didn’t even park my car - not happy about that. I didn’t even have a car ! Ha. I went to the grand opening of the baha mar SLS and loved it - was hoping this place would be as accommodating. For the amount of money I wasn’t pleased and I am not sure I’ll ever go out of my way again to stay at the SLS. I travel for work a lot and always want to have the best..

Explained the booking arrangements/ showed confirmation. A biligerent staff member continued to tell me rooms would not be available, with a take it or leave it attitude. I requested to see duty manager who quickly understood the booking arrangements and rooms were made available immediately. The first person was more interested in being right than listening to customers-a combination of poor training and wrong attitude for front of house. Would have expected much higher standard at JW Marriott (stayed at JWM in Dubai in April and service level there difference between night and day)

No sign outside, when I asked why, the answer was that they removed the flags because the hurricane...it's time to put them back. No hand wash clothes- explanation because it's an Europe hotel and you have to requested. Water leak in the shower. Used valet parking and I can't find my book about thyroid or left it in the room.

I didnt get to see any emergency door... On This hotel I dont stay anymore. even free of charge.

Pros: Front desk clerk Silvera was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Old furniture, dirty carpets, old and dirty lobby furniture, poor continental breakfast, sink and bathtub in room were backed up, evening front desk staff displayed poor customer service and lack of empathy to customers that were stranded at the hotel due to hurricane dorian.

Cons: Room needed to be updated the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. The bed had seen better days. My husband sank when he laid on it and no he's not over weight. The staff were not very welcoming and to find the room it was like running g a maze.

Pros: Location near PortMiami.
Cons: The hotel is in the middle of reconstruction. Very old and we didn’t feel very safe at night. Only stayed one night and then booked with next door regency hotel for almost the same price. Breakfast was a joke: only waffles and sausage. Not even worth going all the way to the lobby for this.

Cons: It was like staying in a pay by the hour cheap motel. The rooms were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable. we got stuck in the elevator three times, and the breakfast was sub par.

Cons: Breakfast was horrible. Restaurant staff was rude. Staff was mapping, closing areas and pushing customers away. sausages gave me stomach ache. Bad. Super grease.
