Pros (+) Love everything about this place. I’ve stayed here about five times at different times of the year and the service is always consistently amazing. By far my favorite place to stay in whenever I visit Miami/Brickell.

Cons (-) Upon arrival we noticed the blinds in front of the balcony was broken we called and the young lady politely apologized and said she would send someone right up.. we left the building and notified guest services that it was ok for them to go inside the room to fix the blinds.
