Cons: The Peruvian restaurant was good but not outstanding.

Cons: You definitely pay for what you get. Expect to lay out a pretty penny Pool side service was a little spotty. At one point my wife and I had to wait 15 min for a towel and chairs despite the area being fairly empty (this was after speaking with two staff members) on another occasion we waited 20 min for someone to ask for our orders. There was a stain on the seating area in the room. Do not know what it was, however definitely expect more from a hotel of this caliber. Our view from the room was absolutely gorgeous, but the balcony was too small to fit chairs on. Note this appears to be only on a small section of rooms so be weary about this.

Cons: The food and parking are not cheap, $40 per day just to park and the breakfast will cost u some $$. Needs a fridge in the room, it's miami.

Cons: Terrible service of front desk staff and mechanician to fix the equipment and receive customer who had phisycally difficulty in bad atmosphere of the room

Cons: The customer services from the staff was 50/50. Some staff were very warm and helpful and other staff answer the phone “hello yeh”. There was an issue with the auto lights in the room and engineering was called several times. We were traveling with a 2 year old so the lights turning on and off after 10pm weren’t ideal. When it was brought to the front desks attention the next morning no apologies were made and I was given the impression they didn’t care.

Cons: I arrive at 9:00am and they charged me an entire extra day to give me the room before 3:00 pm

Cons: They made us wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a room even when we arrived after the checkout time. And they probably put us in the worst room of the hotel after all that trouble.

Cons: I think the pool could of been a bit better, it's a small infinity pool with a nice view, has a bar and seating area, it's family friendly, but i can see how awkward it would be if it was full of adults relaxing and kids running around screaming. I wouldn't bring my kids here for a family stay. Just me and my husband, definitely. I'd rent here again.

Cons: The hotel room was nice and staff was courteous. However the food was terrible. Breakfast was expensive and disgusting.

Cons: The room was a bit cramped for a king bed, with the small desk area's chair blocking the floor at the foot of the bed if anyone sat in it. And the electrical wiring is quirky: turning off the unmarked "master" switch (one of two by the door that happens to turn off the electricity to every outlet and other switch in the room, including the bathroom -- very inconvenient if you turn it off by accident, as we did during daylight hours, thinking it controlled nothing); it also turns off electricity to the smoke detector, possibly a code violation. We informed the front desk of the problem.

Cons: When I did my check in I’ve requested a double bed room, but front desk said they were completely sold out and was the only room available. At 2.30pm aprox, I couldnt connect to wifi they said everything was ok and was my 3 phones and my computer problem BUT they will try to check it. I went to the mall and 3 hours later nobody did anything. Before leaving to the mall, 2:30pm aprox I requested a plunger because water on the toilet was running, they said somebody will come and mix it, again, 3 hours later toilet was sames as I left. At 7pm aprox I called front desk for blankets and sheets for the sofa, they brought only 2 sheets because that was everything they had, no blankets no pillows. At 7.30/8pm I left for some dinner and requested to fix the bathroom, they said they will try because the front desk person was the only one available that night and has to do everything (same answer was given by valet/bell boy at 2pm that we arrived). Today I woke up 5am and had to use the bathroom but again, water was running and I had to go personally to front desk to request a plunger so I can mix it by myself, they finally gave me the plunger to do something so easy requested almost 12 hours ago. Do I deserve to pay yo $250 for this room and service???????? Please let me know because really your service is a disaster.

Cons: I asked the GSA to print some tickets for me, but the young man told me the printer was broken. That is understandable, but he did not offer to print it from their office nor suggested a nearby place to print my tickets. I've worked in hotels, we train all staff to go above and beyond to leave a great experience for all guests. Unfortunately, their service needs some update. GSA lacks personality, not personable, lacks knowledge....

Cons: Staff was extremely rude. He told us that the elevator was not work and told us to take the stairs. After looking for stairs in their junky backyard for 10 mins, a guest told us the way to the stairs. The parking is $30 per night. It's overpriced for a hotel that doesn't have a bathtub or gym or hot tub. Breakfast was also not included. It's over rated. Avoid if you can.

Cons: Kayak or Hotel never said in what conditions are the Hotel. I must move to a reAl Hotel inmediatly

Cons: Our booking information was lost so when we got there we had no room. They were also full so we got to call around for an hour to find another hotel. The receptionist was not helpful, only saying that she didn't have our information and that they were fully booked. Only when asked did she look up another hotel for us, for $100 more a night.

Cons: The construction of the shower lead to water pooling up at the shower door and seeping out into the bathroom.

Cons: We checked in on Thursday for a special birthday "stay-cation". I was under the impression that this was a five star facility, but the room we were placed in and the service we received was far from five star quality. Within hours of our check in, the bathroom sink clogged up. My husband and i went to dinner and asked for maintenance to come to our room while we were gone. When we returned, it appeared that someone had come to fix it. However, within 30 minutes, the sink was clogged up again. We called the front desk and at 11:15 p.m. two maintenance men came into our room with a shot-vac to attempt to fix the problem. A shot-vac. At this point, the proper thing to do would have been for the hotel to offer to switch our rooms. Instead, we bore the sound of the vacuum and the maintenance crew for about 15 minutes. When one of the maintenance men was done, he said he would be back up in 30 minutes to see if it was fixed. It was almost 11:30 p.m. at this point! My husband told him not to bother returning. Not shockingly, in the morning the sink was still not working and now the toilet was backing up. I was appalled and embarrassed that I had booked this hotel for my husband's birthday. I went to the front desk to check out and aired my grievances. I spoke to a supervisor/manager that was there. He offered us a free breakfast that I said we would accept but then the manager took it back and said, "Well, actually it's past breakfast time." He offered to give us drinks at the bar instead. I could not have walked out fast enough. I was SO disappointed with this experience and spent the rest of the weekend trying to make it up to my husband (who has been ever-patient)!

Cons: Found what appeared to be a pubic hair in our room service food. We did not eat the food and would not eat in the restaurant. We both stepped on glass shards while sitting at the pool. We brought it to the attention of the spa staff who shrugged it off..

Cons: Untrained staff, in particular the service in the restaurant was poor! Front desk gave conflicting information are not clear when asking about restaurants.

Cons: Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom. The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.

Cons: Customer service was very bad for a 5 star hotel, mold in hallways of room, dirty stained carpets, every piece of furniture was damaged and just looked bad. If I wanted to stay in a hotel 6 I could have saved 200 dollars.

Cons: Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank). Additionally, while I was having dinner, the bartender at the restaurant came up while he was on Skype with his son and was like--"look at this beautiful woman eating by herself!" It felt a bit invasive.

Cons: Only one bartender that was there late ( didn't catch her name), we asked for water and she was upset, have us used cups that still taste like lemon from last drink she poured on them. All bartenders were super nice with the exception of that one. Otherwise, good service.

Cons: Nothing the room. Toilet did not work. TV www in and out and no wake up calll Late to my meeting. Waste of money

Cons: Noisy- thin walls. Could hear ESPN on one side of room from neighboring room. Spanish soap opera on the other side of room from neighboring room. TV channels didn't all work. No bonus for Starwood frequent travel. Did not allow a 4pm late check out.

Cons: They wouldn't sell just a toothbrush, you had to buy a whole kit for $5.50. Most hotels will give you a tooth brush for free. $22 for valet parking is kind of steep as well.

Cons: The room was plain and dirty and run down the HVAC did not work the hot water did not work the toilet made noise the entire night it was a disgusting room
