Price was ok
Someone at the hotel keeps charging my credit card....
have to use a key card but it did not work
Stayed here during Hurricane Matthew
We were able to check in at 6am
The restaurant night crew has terrible customer service. They play obvious favorites with the customers too. This nearly ruined the whole experience.
This is a great hotel in a great location. We stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. The hotel is right across the street from bayside marketplace. We walked over for dinner and a little shopping. The hotel is very close to the cruise port and we were able to see the ships the next morning from the hotel window.
The wifi is weak, but it was free. I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't, so we walked over to bayside again to eat.
Location to go ahead to port of Miami
Only problem, my credit card, machine couldn't read, woman would not punch number in manually.
Good experience for one night.
Good location. Beds was super comfortable.
The AC, it was freezing outside and inside the room the AC was on and it was even cooler than outside!
Very friendly n helpful staff
Old. Need update
You really should mention the parking fees
Upon our arrival and we stayed an extra day , there is a parking fee of $33 bucks a day plus a $2.00 valet fee . I paid 40% of a one day stay for my car . However ... I recommend the restaurant in lobby .. Very good and ask for Beatrice to wait on you . She was fantastic !!!!
Parking fees and forced valet feed
The beds were not comfortable. Pillows were too soft I tossed and turn all night. woke up every 2 hours. not good . for the money
Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location is great for a stay before or after a cruise. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Shopping center with restaurants in close proximity of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating with our early arrival.
Did not communicate the distance from the port of Miami.
even though it was in renovation, everything was done to avoid noise and problem ,
Handy for the ship
Found the hotel location very noisy as its location to activities outside
My husband and I were going on a cruise and this hotel was in a great location, right across the street from the port. Also directly across from the Bayside Market, a mostly open-air shopping and dining place that is equally good for couples and/or families. We ate at Bubba Gump's Shrimp Company where the Tiger Shrimp cocktail with fresh horseradish sauce and the Coconut Shrimp we shared were more than enough for both of us and also deelish!! And we are from Florida so we know good seafood!! Thumbs up for the hotel and it's location, we would definitely stay there again.
My only concern was for paarking our vehicle. Hotel parking is very limited and at your own risk. We were charged $12 for one night. We found covered, secure parking right around the corner at a reasonable rate so do your homework, or it could bite you!
Was nears of good restaurant, shooping and good location.
Quite good price/performance hotel in other wise rather expensive area. Really close to the harbour and shopping.
Very small fitness club.
good location and staff, clean rooms
Good location for crusises travellers, nice view to downtown from 5+ floor. Free internet for guests
unwilling staff (night front desk, breakfast staff), poor breakfast
Shopping and sight-seeing
Very close to Bayside shops and restaurants and offers a superb view of the Port of Miami
The rooms are not quite sound proof from each other
The location, the comfort, the service, and everything in general was excellent!I've had a great time, i'll be back, and i will recommend this hotel, to my friends! Thanks.
Everything was excellent, i've had a great time, One thing i did not liked, which was the gym.
