Underwhelmed. This was my third visit to this facility, and the experience has gone downhill each time. The check-in process was long and involved me walking away from the front desk with keys to a room that wasn't ours (as was noticed when we opened the door to find someone else's stuff in the room to which we had been given access).

Pros (+) Marlene was absolutely wonderful. She picked me up in the shuttle. Friendly smiling face and great conversation. The girls and guys at the desk helped me find everwhere i needed to go and with arranging the transportation. The shuttle bus was super convenient and arrived always within a few minutes of my request. Rooms were as shown clean nice view and spacious. Always quiet. I would definitely re...

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) We were given a handicap accessible room. Didn't realize my husband would have to be on his knees for the shower. Would of been nice for them to tell us about it before just giving us this type of room without asking us first.
