Pros: Loved everything about our stay. The staff could not be more helpful or welcoming - we felt that the service was fantastic. The room was very spacious and clean - particularly liked the lounge and kitchenette as we had a four night stay and felt we had lots of room. The beds are really large and comfortable. Nice pool facilities. The hotel was very quiet despite being on a busy road. We loved the location near David Jones, plenty of restaurants and South Yarra station.

Reception forgot our 5am wake up call. Unfortunately due to our age n arthritis found the stairs difficult especially with our luggage. Breakfast was lovely well priced great service, lovely young lady. Lovely clean bathrooms.
