Cons: The bar staff were extremely rude in the evenings - We went for a couple of drinks before dinner each evening and the bar staff were observed talking very rudely about guests, seen laughing about guests and generally quite rude. This was very disappointing to observe considering other staff were so nice

Cons: No real issues with stay at all, only comment was I felt a little unsafe stepping out of the deep bath/shower and onto the bathroom floor. While there is a handrail, its positioning doesnt quite feel right. We stayed in Room 801. The bath handrail runs horizontal and is quite low. It would possibly be better if it ran vertically which would assist people of varying heights. Just my thoughts. Otherwise, I couldn't fault the hotel or room.

Pros: Loved the view from our room and the "pillow menu". Service in the restaurant for dinner was exceptional, waiting staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about French wines. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly return.

Pros: The sense of decadent luxury. My wife was greeted with a "happy birthday" and a bottle of sparkling was left for our enjoyment which was very appreciated.
Cons: Our room was cleaned with minimum effort. The ironing board and iron were still where we left them. An empty bottle of champagne was left in the cooler on our return to the room at the end of day 2.

Pros: Was set for a pickup at hotel from tour company and when they were not there concierge took charge of situation by locating and calling all 3 direct numbers available until he got ahold of someone. Timing was critical as missing a tour has its own bucket of problems because of his urgency response the tour was located and all proper arrangements were honored. He was solid.

Cons: Room was drab looking and underwhelming (especially for a junior suite). No special dietary options on the menu (it was all meat - no veg/vegan options and little were gf). Was charged with a mini fridge incursion incorrectly. Contacted them about said charge (even asked to be directed to the finance department as suggested in the email which included the receipt) and have been ignored. Have not received my $50 deposit back.

Cons: The hotel needs a lot of money spending on it. It doesn't smell great when you walk in, the rooms aren't particularly clean, paint is flaking off the walls and ceiling in the bathroom, the rooms are way too hot and noisy, overall it was a bad experience.

Cons: Falls short, even for a budget hotel. A good, low-price hotel should still have a fresh modern feel, and have working/available amenities. Unfortunately, Atlantis doesn't currently offer this.
The air con in our room was "working", but ultimately useless. Lowered the temperature in the room by 1 degree after 10 hours of use, even on maximum cooling setting. Most of the rooms in the hotel face west, so the hot afternoon sun in Melbourne is a killer without good air con.
Grout in the bathroom needs re-doing. Nowhere to hang your towel so that it dries overnight.
Ironing board, but no iron?
Mattress fine, although certainly nothing to write home about. Pillows bad - only one per person. At least a couple of spare pillows in the wardrobe really not that hard to do.

Pros: Great location near the markets, the tram stops and the supermarket. Our original room was not suitable and the personable manager quickly sorted us a new room which was perfect. Nice 2 bedroom apartment which had ample room for an extra roll away bed. Had a well equipped kitchen and lovely views. Room service/cleaning was excellent and towels and bathroom supplies where generously supplied. We used the indoor pool and gym each day and they were both good for our family. The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. They supplied us with cards to use on the trams saving us a significant cost and helped us sort our airport transfer. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour drinks in the bar which were buy 1 get 1 free from 5-6:30. We also enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Pegasus Apart-Hotel was wonderful accomodation for our family’s trip to Melbourne and we would stay again.

Pros: Great location near the markets, the tram stops and the supermarket. Our original room was not suitable and the personable manager quickly sorted us a new room which was perfect. Nice 2 bedroom apartment which had ample room for an extra roll away bed. Had a well equipped kitchen and lovely views. Room service/cleaning was excellent and towels and bathroom supplies where generously supplied. We used the indoor pool and gym each day and they were both good for our family. The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. They supplied us with cards to use on the trams saving us a significant cost and helped us sort our airport transfer. We particularly enjoyed the happy hour drinks in the bar which were buy 1 get 1 free from 5-6:30. We also enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Pegasus Apart-Hotel was wonderful accomodation for our family’s trip to Melbourne and we would stay again.

Cons: Had an issue with the aircon in the room, it was too hot and stuffy so set the aircon cooler but in the night this kept defaulting back to original setting so we kept waking uncomfortably hot. Breakfast was a bit of a melee, poor coffee machines, refilling of empty buffet items slow and had to be requested, low staff numbers to keep up with number of people through the dining room. Food quality OK though and good value for money in terms of volume and choice. Entrance to hotel looked grubby - windows all need a good clean but inside was fine.

Cons: No Information in the room advising of facilities, check out times etc. Normally good accommodation has a guide to guests giving all essential data including TV channels . For those who are not tech savvy it makes it easier to be able to access all that enhances your stay.

Cons: The room was clean & comfortable but very dark & there was noise from the a building site next door. We also had breakfast included which was not very inviting. The dining room staff we less than welcoming & the food was very average.

Pros: - The service was great. The front desk staff were truly welcoming and very helpful. - Bed within the new Queen suite was amazing. Instantly fell asleep. - New Queen suite was clean, and the robes were quite comfortable.
Cons: - The 'original' suites feel old, and are quite dark. Not worth the 5-star rate. - The room service food that we ordered left a lot to be desired. Calamari was bland and disappointing. Club sandwich and fish were average but with lukewarm/slightly soggy.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay a lot! Very clean and cozy rooms, even with 6 people. Each bed has light and plugs. Toilets are very comfortable and the shower is very hot. Moreover, there is a bus going directly from the hotel to the airport, which is very comfortable.

Cons: The staff was rather off putting. The gentleman at the front desk was really confusing when I inquired about upgrading my room, and by the time it was all sorted, he’d already moved my reservation and charged me. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and had a prison-like feel to them (everything was metal). They don’t have many per floor. The overall hostel didn’t promote sociability that people typically look for in a hostel, especially solo travelers. With what I paid, I’d’ve been substantially better off in a regular hotel.

Cons: The hot water in the shower kept disappearing, and when you turned the hot water tap in the shower higher it nearly burned you. The fridge made the tea and coffee tray rattle, had to move that to the table
