Amazing experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, beautiful hotel!!!Great location.Exceptional value for money. Cheese platter and bottle of wine were waiting for us in our room. And a great message written on the huge mirror wishing us a Happy 30th Wedding anniversary!! We stayed in this hotel on our wedding night.

Outstanding hotel in a fantastic location. We keep coming back here because we know we'll enjoy a comfortable stay and not have to worry about anything. Beautiful rooms, great amenities and the staff...the staff are so accommodating and lovely. Special mention to the member of staff who, on a busy AFL Grand Final night, handled an extremely rude and unreasonable woman with professionalism and discretion. I did not see his name, but he handled the situation well.

Great bath! Large rooms very comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and service orientated.
Only down side was very average room service. Warm cider (which I didn't drink)- unpleasant ham& cheese sandwich.

Everything!. We were upgraded to and apartment at check in. All staff were helpful , polite and welcoming. Love a robe and slippers!
