The walls were thin and the noise in the next room was very uncomfortable
Comfy bed and quiet at night. Loved the roof terrace for breakfast with its helpful and friendly staff! Would recommend to anyone coming to LA.
The view from the view was beautiful, and there were a lot of power outlets around the room. Really industrial but homey design in the room. The restaurant was beautiful and had a good selection of dishes, and the lobby had a great cafe, bar and gift shop. Could also borrow bikes to go see the neighbourhood, which was handy especially in a city like LA.
I thought the hotel was very nice, interesting décor, lots of services available the weekend we were there, such as a Tai chi class and a running group in the am. The restaurant was very good, and the happy hour being extended until 12am was also very generous.
Bed was comfortable, room was stylish and modern, everything was clean, location of the hotel is central and you can go anywhere from there.
The hotel doubles down as club, scene meetup and/or restaurant to the inconvenience of hotel guests. It is very VERY crowded on the lower floors where bar/restaurant is located. We could not get breakfast later than 9 am because the whole restaurant was booked out. There is no privacy in the pool area because there are just too many people (hotel guests and outsiders that come to dine/party). The hotel only offers valet parking. The valet service can be very slow at times because so many people enter/exit the property. Again to the inconvenience of hotel guests. The rooms, while clean and stylish, are relatively small. Get used to climbing over your luggage.
Nestled between downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood, The Line Hotel offers a variety of room types and amenities that will appeal to a large number of tourists and travelers. It draws much of its inspiration from the surrounding culture of Los Angeles, and it offers a first-rate experience as well as the ability to host special events, corporate functions, and family celebrations.
The Line Hotel is easily accessed from the airport via complimentary shuttles, taxis, or personal vehicles. The property complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and as such, public spaces have plenty of accessible entryways, elevators, and more. The rooms at this establishment have much to offer. There are standard rooms with king beds that feature floor-to-ceiling windows and views of the surrounding neighborhood, and they also offer free Wi-Fi access, large desks, flat-screen TVs, and original artwork from local artists. Those who are looking for a larger space can take advantage of the apartment suites that not only offer all of the amenities of a smaller room but also have separate bathrooms with freestanding tubs, a separate guest bathroom, espresso machines, and more.
The Line Hotel is also proud to offer plenty of options when it comes to food and drink. It delivers an authentic Los Angeles experience that has been inspired by Korean Tim. Guests can dine on various options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night service. There also local eateries as well as cocktails available at the lobby bar. Karaoke and dance is offered in the Renowned Breakroom 86.
