The location was key because it allowed us easy access to DTLA and places like Santa Monica. The staff was friendly and accessible at all times.
Parking is $45/night. Keep that in mind if you opt to park your car overnight. Also while the pool was an added plus, it is a bit smaller than shown in pictures.

Really friendly staff.
Rooms are small, even smaller than my Paris hotel room. Was not made aware of daily amenities fee until checking out.

Room was cozy, comfortable bed, convenient location to downtown, restaurants and Metro station are within walking distance.
Traffic noise from busy Wilshire Boulevard.

The staff was friendly and the location was great, only 15 minutes from Hollywood.
The rooms were small, half the electric outlets didn't work, it was extremely noisy from the street.
