Great location and facilities.
The service provided by staff was awful. For a major brand in the hospitality sector you would expect issues to be dealt with (water and air conditioning) properly. Moreover, terrible to not be contact by the Manager (KLAUD) as promised. Terrible excuses when handling said issues - 'manager not available', 'I cannot do anything right now', 'I need know who you spoke to before'..... Terrible service.
Staff were fantastic. Facilities made for a comfortable stay.
The lady at reception was fantastic
No bar No restaurant
The tags on your door indicating that no one had been in since it was cleaned.
It’s odd to think that Hilton are still trying to charge over £10 a night for WiFi in 2020.
Very good location, right above Paddington station. The facilities are good. Considering that the price was reduced to less than 100 pounds, I deem it a good deal.
